I booked this hotel , because of the easiness of my short trip from Tlaxcala. We came late at around 10:30pm, and at the reception, people were so nice to us considering our busy day. They provided all the info and accommodation that we needed considering our needs, 2 adults and 3 children. I would definitely come back here. Congratulations for the great staff that you have.

recommendable hotel close to Volkswagen puebla

take a room opposite side to highway... the reduction of noise is priceless. cars and trucks in mexico can obviously be extremely loud :-) . AC works fine... it is powerful and also a bit loud, can wake you up at night.

Outside the city, Volcano-View

If you are passing through Puebla and don't want to miss seeing Popocatepetl, ask for a volcano view room and you won't! This is also a very nice relaxing place to stay. It can be tricky to get to, especially at rush hour, so use your google-maps or gps.

The position is not so good for turist, in front of the Highway in the external part of city, for work or businness travel is good. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the international breakfast buffet is good, wi-fi connection is good. In case of strong storm (rain season) some problem with the electric power

Far Superior to hotel I stayed in located in Mexico City

Good breakfast was included, staff was friendly and helpful, nice rooms. I liked this place. Of course, I was there for a special event including the youth orchestra and choir, Espranza Azteca, but they made the kids feel really special with a party at the end of their stay.
