A única coisa boa é a localização. Quanto ao resto, se melhorar, fica ruim. Funcionários pouco atenciosos. Banheiros desagradáveis. Piscina repleta de visitantes (day pass). Mobília antiga e disfuncional.
Above and Beyond
I had to reschedule my vacation 3 times due to Covid and was unaware the hotel was under remodeling construction. And was very disappointed upon arrival. Gustavo was very patient and kind to me. Showing me several different rooms for me to choose from. He gave me a free room upgrade to a full ocean view room. Which is AWESOME! Esteban took great care of me while I lounged on the beach all day. The staff here is friendly, service is great and when the remodeling is finished the hotel will look amazing.
Construction at the pool
Terrible terrible terrible. They have construction at the pool. A lot of noise. You can’t relax for a minute. And full of dust. I couldn’t believe on my eyes. Just look at the photo. No need to tell you more. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Our visit this year was as enjoyable as ever. The people & location made this another memorable vacation. Everyone on the staff from martha, Hilda, Saul & Emilio, our maids made our stay the best ever. Looking forward to next Febuary. Tom & dorothy
I lodged at Playa Los Arcos for 11 days and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Sujex at the information desk has a good amount of knowledge of where to go for various requests. As I have a modest mobility disability the hotel honored my request and provided me with a room on the ground floor that had an accessible shower. The room was very clean and was located at a location that made either going to the restaurant or pool or to the lobby particularly easy. It is a lovely Mexican hotel. If you are looking for the Marriott, I suggest you stay there. This hotel gives you the ambiance of traveling to Puerto Vallarta. I had a massage at the hotel spa which was soothing. I had another massage at a local massage spa which was not as wonderful as at the hotel. The hotel's location is great if you want immediate access to a multitude of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The Malecon (boardwalk) is a few minute walk from the hotel. Directly across the street from the hotel entrance is a laundry which will have your cleaning done within 24 hours. The ladies dress shop on the corner provides very reasonably priced alterations for whatever clothes you might bring with you. I plan to return next year for a longer stay.
