Stay at Vallarta Shores & Chef Edwin

We stayed a week at Vallarta Shores, second time, what a wonderful small hotel. It is clean, quiet, and most of all safe. We had We had the pleasure of being served by Chef Edwin. We used him for the second year in a row. He is FANTASTIC in every way. His dishes are superb, fresh Mahi ceviche, pork chops, steak, sautéed shrimp, gazpacho, fresh peach tart with strawberry sorbet, breakfast every morning. We have booked our 2024 Vallarta Shores with Edwin trip already. I would rate the hotel and Edwin an A+. Greg

My first trip to Puerto Vallarta in almost 20 years could not have been nicer thanks to staying at Vallarta Shores. The accommodations were amazing (we were in the penthouse February 11-18) - beautifully appointed with a view to die for. The infinity pool was an added plus. Our housekeeper kept our condo clean and spiffy on a daily basis, but we want to definitely commend our chef Edwin (or is it Ervin)? He prepared for us -with a professional flair - the most amazing breakfasts and dinners on a daily basis. He is a master chef, and our party was the lucky recipient of his expertise and friendliness.

I have stayed at Vallarta shores for over 15 years and the reason we stayed there is because the staff , the facility and the view are superb. Our chef, Irvin, was outstanding and the service staff maintained our space immaculately clean . The front office , Daniel and Kim , always made sure that our needs were taking care of every day. Vallarta Shores is the place to stay .

My partner and I stayed at Vallarta Shores in 2022 and had a wonderful time. We liked it so much we got friends in a sky suit and WOW. The location is perfect - views of the beach and sunset are unmatched. The service was amazing - Edwin, our chef, there are not enough good words to say about him. He is so lovely to talk to, so easy going, and the food is AMAZING! Patty, the cleaning professional who serviced our room was also great. Very clean, respectful and nice. I don't have al the names of the front desk team but everyone we spoke with was very kind and attentive. We have already booked our trip for next year and cannot wait to go back.

Our stay in sky suite b was wonderful. You cannot beat the location or view. The highlight of our trip was our chef Edwin. Not only was his food delicious, he was incredibly kind and accommodating. Thanks Edwin and all the great staff at Vallarta Shores.
