A wonderful stay with nice hospitality. Great food from adjoining Amara restaurant. Rooms away from the airport road would be better as there is a continuous flow of traffic throughout the night. Otherwise a thoroughly pleasant experience.

I stayed at the hotel for four nights from Monday to Friday. This hotel requires refurbishing and cleanliness. The person at the reception was good and engaged well. The cell phone signal strength is poor though they have BTS installed on the roof for mobile operators.

Irresponsible staff

I came to Pune on a midnight flight, wanted a place to sleep. Booked this hotel early in the evening and paid advance online, following their mail. On reaching the hotel, staff at the reception just vanished and I can hear the guy throwing abuses at someone over phone. I am waiting here for sometime and cannot see him interested to check me in. Now I am asked to move to Magnus Square as the current one seems to be under maintenance. Room at Magnus Square is good, clean and I think acceptable level.

Stay was good but hotel is not professional and staff behavior is not a professional. Even with request for infants they don't want to help.food is average but not good in taste.Location is good near to airport.

Fab hotel magnus calypso-full of BED BUGS(khatmull).we could not sleep first night.Next day shifted to another room but the bed bugs problem was also there.Location,breakfast,staffs were good. My wife suffered alot bcoz of bed bugs
