I have been staying in the hotel from last 2 years atleast 1week in 2 months ,i really had a great stay in the hotel as well as the staff members are very polite,the hospitality and the cleanliness is really impressed me thanks to ginger team and group as well..

Great service by Rajkaran. Great food by Patil Chef. Restaurant team Sandesh, Vitthal, Dinesh. Great stay and locality. Chinese food by Omkar is delicious. Great and comfortable rooms. Very clean, sanitanized.

Good place, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff "Suhash, Sandesh, Dinesh, Rajkaran, Azad, Pratiksha, Divya, Prerana, Amina, Vitthal, Manoj, Kartik, Swapnil, Maane, Sachin". All the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. This was one of the nicest places I stayed in the last four months. Thanks for making my visit to florence that much better. P.S. - Don't forget to taste Paneer Tikka 😋

food taste ( Morning - Anomal - Chief)staf behaviour good, Room interior need to improve. Location to access quickly all factory (pimpri, chinchwad, chakan) Thanks to Mr Rajkaran, Mr. Sandesh & Miss Amina.

The hotel staff were professional and kind throughout my stay. The receptionists Prerna, Amina were extremely helpful and friendly. Special mention to Rajkaran for his exemplary service. Definitely would choose to stay here again.
