Localizado na avenida, com um Dunkin e um Mc bem próximos. Ótimo café da manhã, quarto grande, espaçoso e confortável. Hotel não cobra para recebermos encomendas (compras on-line). O único imprevisto que tive, foi terem sumido algumas latas de refrigerantes que eu comprei e deixei no frigobar e uma blusa que estava no armário.

Old and dirty

This is an old, dirty hotel! I would not recommend it at all. The one lady we met at the check-in was nice and friendly, but it didn’t make up for how dirty the hotel was. Our bathroom was filthy and you could tell the toilet bowl had not been cleaned in months. You can tell the hotel is old and hasn’t been kept clean.

I booked this as part of a group. When I called to book under the group rate the woman at the front desk did not understand me. She thought I was trying to book an entire group (English was not her first language). I decided to book online and square it away when I arrived. Upon check in I asked for the manager who refused to even listen to what I had to say and just said no. I became embarrassed because the rest of my group was waiting to check in behind me. As they came in someone dropped a cooler of ice and water which then spilled out onto the floor. The kind woman at the front desk said not to worry she would clean it up. The manager who was (not) helping me told her "no- they can do it". She replied again the she would and she went to get towels and once again he told her not to help! My husband took the towels from her and helped them clean it up. The rooms need a refresh and there was a strong alcohol smell (whatever they use to clean) that permeated the room and floor. I never got the group rate (even when it was quite obvious we were part of the group). The manager wanted not part in assisting us.

Great overnight stay!

Needed a hotel for overnight stay to attend a funeral. Glad we picked this one. Comfortable and clean! Good breakfast! Not the hotel’s fault that we had a very loud walker above us, thankfully he stopped for us to fall asleep. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Not enough luggage carts

The room was clean, fine, and comfortable but there were annoying details that made this hotel average at best. (1) The hotel has only two luggage carts, which obviously were not enough. On arrival we had to wait for a cart to unload our car, and when we were checking out another guest was eager to get our cart when we were done with it. "We're a small hotel" was an inadequate excuse if guests have to stand in line for carts. (2) My room lock kept forgetting my access card. (3) Small low toilets in the room and the public areas are not comfortable to use. (4) Had to ask for extra toilet paper. (5) Inadequate soundproofing; we were on the 2nd floor and could hear noises whenever 3rd floor guests above us walked. across the room. Signage asking guests to be quiet is another indication of noise problem. Front desk personnel were very pleasant.
