An excellent service considering the cost of the hotel however the quality of the breakfast included goes beyond the common buffet. The attention of all the staff is quite acceptable. The hotel is located near downtown and with many transportation options

Bad service in the restaurant

The location is great but there is a bad service in the restaurant area. The orange juice has water in it. The food was cold. The room was very big, but the shower area was very close and the carpet wasn't clean.

Is hard to believe, that a manager (if she is the manager) argued about 2 bottles of water that were missing, she argued that there had 2 bottles in the room, how much could cost a bottle, indirectly she accuse us of lying,

Excellent location, very close to downtown Querétaro. Hotel and parking lot are enclosed which gives it a feeling of 'secluded' even though is located on a busy avenue. Downtown is about 8 blocks away, but still within walking distance because it´s an enjoyable walk, or very close and inexpensive if taking a cab to the very downtown. Hotel has been recently updated, and is very clean. Room was a little small but perfect for our needs on the trip. Unknown if other rooms are bigger. Beds are excellent, TV of good size, and enough desk/table space for our stuff. Front Desk personnel was very friendly and service-oriented. A little off on estimated walking time/distance to downtown, but ok overall. Parking lot had more than enough space for guests' vehicles. Hot breakfast buffet was great. Not your usual dishes found on most Comfort Inn, but a good selection of nice mexican breakfast traditionals, plus the made-to-order choice for eggs and quesadillas was great. Rates were more than fair for our trip, and worth every cent. Overall a great convenient downtown hotel.

Nice hotel, without room service

I came for this hotel for one night for a bowling tournament and it was good, it was cheaper than other hotels 52 dollars the night, but it was good not nice. The room where good at size for 3 persons, it was not luxur, but otherwise I like it because it have a balcony with view of the pool in the second floor. The bad thing is that there where not a restaurant, only a food machine with chocolates, and also there where not room service, but you can order a pizza from pizza hut and they bring it to your room. AT all for the price was good, and it was fun with the pool with my sister
