Fiquei 1 semana neste hotel. Muito confortável, arquitetura lindíssima. Quartos enormes . O atendimento ótimo. De frente para uma praça muito aconchegante. Tem restaurante no próprio hotel , que também é aberto para o público.

Have stayed here several times & always happy to return. Great housekeeping & excellent AC. Staff is courteous & ready to offer assistance & suggestions. Occupies an architecturally significant building. 2 coffee shops & 3 good restaurants, 2 with bars & entertainment are on the ground floor, but we have not found the noise to be a problem for a good nights sleep. Queretaro is definitely one of Mexico's top Colonial Gems to visit, which we have enjoyed for 20+ years. Choose rooms "facing" The Plaza since they are more quiet than rooms on the opposite side above the bars. Interior rooms will be quiet but much darker since they do not have outside sunlight.

Excellent location, ambience, and service

We spent five nights here in a corner suite. The room has four balconies, 10 foot ceilings, and lots of space. We enjoyed this hotel as much or more than any we've stayed in. Noise from the plaza and the clock chime of the nearby Templo de San Francisco were not a problem. The balcony windows are double-paned and have wooden doors that block unwanted noise well. The lobby and reception desk are very nice (not sure what's behind the conflicting reviews). The bilingual 24/7 staff is very helpful and professional. I give this hotel my highest recommendation.

Good but the bells from the church next door…

Good location, great restaurant and bar on the ground floor (not part of the hotel itself; the food is very good tho) and ample rooms, super clean and new. Service ok too. The main issue were the *^%# bells of the San Francisco church next door which kept going on throughout the night and waking us up constantly. Not the hotel’s fault obviously but fyi as it’s not a minor thing if you struggle with sleep.

Great hotel, location is perfect, clean and beautiful, problem is exterior rooms hear the loud church bell every 15 minutes and interior rooms face the restaurant that plays loud music till 1 am. It was impossible to sleep. Wish it could have been better. During the day it’s quite.
