Amei o hotel. O serviço é de primeira, fui super bem atendida na recepção, o café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto é maravilhoso e a localização é ótima. Eu super recomendo e voltaria certamente. O hotel é muito novo, moderno, confortável e os atendentes são muito atenciosos. A questão única são os preços praticados para qualquer serviço , um pouco salgados. O Spa é sensacional e as técnicas de massagens incríveis!

Eu amei esse hotel. O serviço é de primeira, fui super bem atendida na recepção, o café da manhã é expetacular, o quarto é confortável e bonito e a localização é ótima. Eu super recomendo e voltaria certamente.

Fiquei 1 mês neste hotel próximo ao local de trabalho que realizei, porque o trânsito de Manila é muito ruim. Assim procure ficar próximo de onde vai. O hotel é muito novo, moderno, confortável e os atendentes são muito atenciosos. Meu único ponto são os preços praticados para qualquer serviço e para eventual troca de moeda, o que recomendo que seja feito na loja de departamento em frente ao hotel.

Spending our new year in Novotel

We stayed for 2 nights and spent our new year in this hotel since they are also a pet-friendly hotel. My wife and my dog had a great time during our stay and we are very happy with the accommodation and services of this hotel. The staff is very accommodating with we also appreciate their pet-friendly services. I just hope they are consistent with their pet policies since we were strictly informed that all pets are not allowed in the breakfast area. My wife and I had to take turns in eating breakfast since we cannot leave our fur baby alone in the room. On our 2nd day, it was very disappointing to see that some guests were allowed to bring their dogs in the breakfast area. To prevent this from happening again, I hope they can set up a special section in the breakfast area for guests with pets since they have a lot of guests checking in with their pets. For the amenities, the room is clean and spacious with a good view of the city from the window. We also love its interior and we commend the cleanliness of the CR. They also have a big pool with a special section for pets to stay with tables and chairs if you want to bring along your pets with you. We also love the food but i hope they are consistent with the quality and number of food choices in their menu since we observed that we had more food choices during our first day compared to our 2nd day. We were suprised that they also served pizza in their buffet, but it is one of the food choices that stood out from our breakfast experience including their set of pastries & filipino breakfast items. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good pet-friendly hotel in Quezon City with good amenities & pleasant customer service.

This hotel is definately on my preffered list when visiting manila and probably the best Novotel I have stayed in. The staff are excellent and all the facilities and amenities we tried were good. Food was good in the buffet area, gourmet bar, pool bar and the lounge. The spa treatment was my first post Covid and was excellent on service abd hygeine. The room was comfortable with the only downside a little noisy but in manila that is not yo be unexpected.
