Praia praticamente privativa
O hotel é um amor. Para mim parece mais uma pousada, mas tudo bem, pois está totalmente dentro da proposta da ilha... Os quartos são com vista, virados para a piscina e praia do hotel, bem simples, mas confortáveis. A piscina é bacana, e a praia em frente ao hotel é praticamente privativa. No entanto tem bastante pedras... Bom para tomar um sol e se molhar na beira ( em função das pedras). Optamos pelo playa la media luna, em função da localização ( próximo aos restaurantes e a melhor praia da ilha: playa Norte) Fazíamos tudo a pé. E em 2 dias alugamos um carrinho de golf para irmos ao sul da ilha e jantar em um restaurante mais afastado. Super valeu a pena. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. O hotel oferece toalhas de praia e também faz câmbio. Com certeza voltaremos. Foi um ótimo custo beneficio.
Bom hotel
Boa localização e boas dependências, esse hotel possui um ótimo custo benefício. Eu e meu marido ficamos no Bangalô, acho que é o tipo de acomodação mais simples disponível no hotel, porém foi perfeitamente satisfatório para o que queríamos. Já chegamos a noite na Ilha, então foi o hotel com o melhor preço para apenas passar a noite, porém a piscina do hotel é muito atrativa, com uma bela vista da praia.
Terrible staying! Worst hotel and service ever
Not recommended at all! Felt like a little scam advertisement this hotel. Breakfast doesn’t match photos posted on hotels.com, and their social media. They said that’s because of covid, but why didn’t they say it advance ? Instead of updating their social media with fake photos. They also remove the tags from some foods, what sounds like expired products. At their Facebook and Instagram there are some other fake photos, as the hotel front. There are much more cocunut trees blocking the view from the room than posted. There are no clear view to the beach from the room as I paid for. Also there are photos of ppl enjoying and floating at the beach. But that’s impossible! There are too many corals at the beach and signs that’s prohibited to get in... so it’s useless to pay for a hotel in front of the beach which you can’t enjoy or even see. Terrible service, no attendant at most of the times and when I complained they said that there was nothing to do about the breakfast or view, and they said that was Many restaurants in town to have breakfast.... which was so disrespectful. Bad shower towels like sandpaper!! They seem really old and it scratches instead of drying out. They also Don’t respect the “do not disturb” sign at the door. Came in everyday even with the sign at the door.... I was working from the room and they got in anyways. That’s weird ! Photos are the comparison between the advertisements and reality ...
What an absolute delight!
It was my first time to Isla Mujeres and it wont be my last. First of all, the hotel’s location is perfect! Super close to the ferry and a 5 min walk to the bustling Hidalgo street. The property itself was so beautifully designed and clean. Since our trip was during covid, the hotel had several cleaning and screening processes when we got there. Now the part that made me really want to write a review... The was a tropical storm that was supposed to hit during our 1 week stay, the owner had their daughter, (family run hotel) take us to get food from the grocery just in case we couldn’t leave the room. Offered us another nicer, newer room if the sounds of the winds bothered us too much (Our original room faced the ocean). Literally the most kind and accommodating people ever! My partner and I came here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and his birthday and we had mentioned in passing to their daughter while on grocery run and when we got back, came to see a dozen roses, chocolates and a card in the room. Long story short, amazing experience, will come again.

We had the best service ever at hotel Media Luna in Isla Mujeres, not to talk about the amazing view and relaxing atmosphere Media Luna provides... the hotel is open WITH ALL the safety and higiene regulations and measures. It’s an experience really out of the normal, perfect for couples, families or friends. It’s really a luxurious private experience in the heart of the Caribbean
