Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed here for 3 nights at the end of July 2022. Pros - Comfortable beds and clean bed (we check and it was a clean bed) sheets and towels were clean. Fully adjustable thermostat Room darkening curtains Quiet Easy and free parking Front desk was friendly and attentive Cons - Rooms were on the small side. We travel with a blow up twin bed and the only spot it fit was in front of our door by the bathroom. 95% of other hotels in this class it would fit in the main room. Bathroom was not the cleanest upon arrival… Think little curly hairs on the floor. Small pool and hot pool room with poor circulation. **Breakfast was poor quality. Think cold food sitting in stainless containers. In theory there were a lot of options but the quality and temperature were substandard. The skinny woman who runs the breakfast was rude. She was also seen digging disposable cups out of the trash (was she washing and reusing?! Yuck). She also seemed annoyed by people taking food as if eating breaks fast was putting her out. The first 2 mornings she offered mini bottles of water with breakfast. I asked on the 3rd morning and receive a scowling no and was told to drink tap. In addition while we played cards in the evening in the lobby she came into the place with her ginormous dog. And yes she and the dog entered the kitchen. Gross. Keep the animal away from where you’re gonna “cook” the food. Elizabethtown has better options. The value for the money was not there in this hotel. If all hotels were full I’d stay here again but wouldn’t be excited about it.
Clean and Friendly

Property is very well-maintained and clean. Stayed 10 nights for work travel and could not have asked for better accommodations. It is obvious in all operations (housekeeping, breakfast, front desk/management) that the staff takes pride in their work and cares about guests and the hotel overall. I will be coming back.
Overall, a Great Location and Excellent Experience

Stay 8-21 August 2021 9 August; Return from from first day of class; key didn’t work; went down 2 separate times to get new keys; didn’t work; clerk had to let me in; went to get pick up a to go order from a nearby restaurant, came back got new room key from clerk and it didn’t work! So with my dinner in my hand, went back to front desk, and clerk said they had me staying for 2 night checking out on the 9th (today) so that is why it wasn’t working; I was very disappointed to keep it mildly as they had charged a hold on my credit card for the entire 14 day stay already! 11 August; at 11:15-11:35 pm, hotel fire alarm sounds for about 30 seconds; when leaving to evacuate the building, several guests who were already out said it was a false alarm; 12-21 August; the rest of the stay was great; particularly, the hotel has hand sanitizer stations literally everywhere, by each elevator on each floor, by the breakfast area, by the laundry room, and they all were filled daily because I would spot check by using them; they also had complimentary face masks for those who desired them as wearing them was optional for those who have been vaccinated; the interior common areas as well as the exterior front entrance and parking areas were consistently clean and free of any debris; lastly, the chambermaid for my room, Taija, did an excellent job as well and it made it feel like home; standard wall outlets and updated USB electronic charging ports are EVERYWHERE in the room, more than enough for cellphone, iPads, etc; the post gate is literally 6 miles away or about a 10 minute drive; I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel if visiting the Fort Knox/Radcliff, Kentucky area.
Okay, but not necessarily kid friendly

This hotel is very clean and modern. We stayed here for six nights. However, there were some issues. When we checked in and went up to our room it had a king size bed when we booked a double queen. When we went back to the desk, the staff said we booked a king. However, the reservation confirmation paper that we printed from home showed that we booked a double queen, which they did end up putting us in. The breakfast is complimentary not continental which means there is no buffet they serve you. And towards the end of our stay they were running out of food. They only clean the rooms once every five days so you have to find housekeeping and ask for clean towels every day. We were only able to use the pool for two days and then it remained closed for the next four days. There was also some shady things going on in the parking lot during the weekend. There were people sitting in cars without plates with the windows rolled down all weekend. The housekeeping staff was extremely nice and most of the front desk staff was friendly and nice. If you plan on staying here with kids I would recommend looking for a different hotel, one that has a pool available for the kids.
Great stay! Great hotel group for large group booking

Top hotels in the area! Don't choose any other hotels in Radcliff. This is definitely your best option including the Candlewood Suites! Highly recommend for large group bookings too! The staff are very helpful and do an excellent job accommodating guests.
