Best hotel ever!!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the front desk girl Felicia and hotel manager Kierra were extremely hospitable to me. They made my stay very enjoyable. The housekeepers clean these room very well. And everyone is so nice. I really recommend that people stay here you won’t regret it.

Do note recommend

This facility had some unfortunate characters and at time felt very uncomfortable. If it wasn't that I was there with my husband I would have left. Locating the facility was another issue it had no signage.

Not recommended, terrible hotel.

I am here for a temporary stay for work. Staying for 8 days and feeling to go out as early as possible. The corridor has carpet and smells very bad. No routine cleaning. Refrigerator sound will disturb for sleep, over is rusted.

Not to be confused with neighboring 921 Wake Towne Dr, North Raleigh

Like many, I pulled into the first driveway only to discover it was 921. 911 was where I needed to be. Literally, it’s the next driveway. Isn’t adjacent to a main road or intersection for a quick walk to restaurants, convenience stores; it’s more quiet and homey feel. Grounds were clean, no stale smoke smell, no dogs barking. I noticed a diffuser going at front desk so they may be proactively trying to keep the bad smells at bay. Check in involved a lady who said she was filling in….but exuded professionalism and customer service. My situation needed early check in for paperwork and return later to pick up room keys. Upon return to pick up keys, a different lady was there and it didn’t go as smoothly as before. Room appeared clean. A/C worked, remote worked.

Rude customer service

Avaliou em 29 de julho de 2022

One of the rudest encounters. Of course an unexpected cancellation after booking a room is not directly the fault of the front desk worker, but customers will undoubtedly feel frustrated after driving 4 hours to a room that was unavailable. It is a valid human reaction, and it is not directed at one individual, but it is rather directed at the entire situation. Getting angry at customers for being mean to workers is one thing (and is completely valid), but getting angry and being just downright mean customers for asking VALID questions is quite another. Those working in customer service should never treat customers with unapologetic meanness- especially when we aren’t acting unkind. Responding to stressed out customers with hostility will do nothing but worsen the situation. And it makes us feel crappy on a weekend that is supposed to be about spending time with those we love. I never leave bad reviews for places, but the unkindness and disrespect I was treated with for trying to gain further understanding of the situation was nothing short of disheartening and completely deserves a bad review. I appreciate the other worker at the front desk who was trying to be nice. Thanks for trying to help! Just another reminder to always be kind and understanding to those around you!!
