Ótima localização
Hotel muito bom. Próximo ao Crabtree Mall, fácil acesso do aeroporto, quarto gigante - tipo flat - com sala, cozinha, duas TVs. O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, quando comparamos com outros hotéis da região. Outro ponto é a falta de como da e bebida no frigobar, que é amenizada pela linda jinha na recepção.
Hotel super confortável.
O hotel é bastante aconchegante. Próximo ao shopping e de fácil acesso. Toda a equipe do hotel é super atenciosa. O café da manhã é divino, ao estilo americano, e tem uma cascata nesta área. Super relaxante. O hotel tem bastantes carpetes, mas estavam bem limpos visualmente. Só não achei interessante a sala de reuniões utilizada, muito carpete, sem janelas, pouco produtivo para longas reuniões e ainda deixou minha rinite atacada. No mais, tudo perfeito.
Avoid if you want clean environment.
This place embarrasses the name and does t carry it at all. We stayed here and have come across cockroaches in the hallways and outdoors, garbage bags in the elevators and various nasty smells all around. Not to mention entire hotel is “sticky” dirty everywhere and amenities are not washed and are dirty as well. Absolutely no room service or customer service available, have been calling for hours and dialing outside number to the front desk and no one will respond! In addition to everything, there are people sleeping in the hallways and always present in and outside, it’s aN old and BAD hotel... super 8 style.... Basically I really suggest you stay away if you are looking for a nice place to stay at.
Disappointed with my stay
We chose this location for the two bedroom suite for our family of four. We stayed here last month in July 2020, and at that time I submitted a review to Hilton that I was concerned we did not have the Hilton Cleanstay on our door, which means our room did not receive a deep clean. I thought after that review, our stay this time would be different, however again it was the same. We made sure to wipe down our room, which I do anyway. Our stay in July, there were chip crumbs under the mattress, stains on the bed skirt and the bedside plug did not work. This time out tub did not have a drainer and our last night a roach crawled up into the tub. The best part of this hotel is their front desk staff. They are very nice. The other perk is the full kitchen. The hotel could use an update, but I'm okay with old as long as it is clean- especially now. There were sometimes wipes at the main elevator, but not the back. They were out of those wipes on our 2nd day there. Also, they ran out of sanitizer at the kitchen area. They always had sanitizer at the entrance. I feel they are either understaffed with their cleaning staff or need to be more diligent. When we visit Raleigh again, we will definitely stay somewhere else. I can't recommend this hotel for a stay.
BUGS, FILTH, TRASH PILES, and DOG ODORS! AVOID!!!
I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and cannot recommend this hotel. I advise you to avoid at all costs until they take care of the property. It is not up to Hilton standards; it smells REALLY bad; it took multiple rooms to find a suitable one; and it has BIG BUGS!!!!! One room smelled of cigarette smoke; one smelled like wet dog and dog poop; the last one had bugs. The window sills look like they have never been cleaned. The window screens were torn and had holes in them. Trash was piled up on the hallways since housekeeping wasn't working on the weekends. I left the property when the bugs came out of hiding in my room at nighttime. I moved to the Embassy Suites and had a much better experience. I was guaranteed that a manager and/or representative from Hilton corporate would contact me. I have yet to hear back from either and it's been nearly 2 weeks. This property does not appear to be kept up to Hilton's covid cleaning standards and is disgusting. I cannot recommend this property.
