Recomendo esse hotel, apesar de não ficar muito perto do aeroporto de Boston, em torno de 1 hora. Nas proximidades tem tudo que a gente precisa. O hotel é novo e bonito. O atendimento é muito bom, quero agradecer especialmente a Rachel da recepção. Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e agradáveis, na reserva solicitei um sofá cama e quando chegamos ele já estava lá. O café da manhã também é muito bom, variando conforme o dia, ambiente muito agradável, o senhor que acompanha o café é muito atencioso. Realmente um hotel para indicar.

Nancy was excellent! Very friendly to deal with. It was very convenient and close to home. Great price. The entire staff was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Excellent Bed and Pillows

The location was great for our needs. The room was clean, and the bed and pillow were awesome! Having a good night's sleep is paramount. Staff is friendly, Nancy is great. Unfortunately, after evacuating for a fire alarm, we ended up getting locked out of our room. It took 2 1/2 hours before the staff was able to unlock the door and we were finally able to get back into our room. That was disappointing. We hope that the maintenance staff has been educated and will now be able to unlock doors, especially in an emergency.

Loud noise from TV/ system, disturbance during quiet hours

Starting at 11pm the noise started from room next door 113. The noise continued on all night. My boyfriend went to front desk to complain starting at 2am. Our room 111 had no phone in the room. We had to physically go up front several times to speak to front desk. Receptionist could not get a hold of room 113 not on their phone nor while knocking on their door. My boyfriend tried knocking as well; no response. The bass sound kept Increasing. At 3am they had to switch our room completely to a different floor. This was very stressful and inconvenient for my partner and I. We got little to no rest. Came to find out he was a gamer. Still doesn’t justify, given that quiet hours have to be followed. Very disappointed.

The room was very clean! The Reception was exceptional! Friendly & fast check in! Spacious room! I love the decor of the hotel. Easy asses from interstate. Will stay again! Great place to meet with Family!
