Very kind and helpfull staff Perfecr food. You can use the spa allday long free of charge and its full of different things you can do on it. Taci can drive ypu to the skicenter for 5€ all organized by staff Worth visiting

Best Accomodation and Restaurant in Kopaonik

Hospitality - 5⭐ . Everyone is very helpful and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best.Martina and her team showed professionalism and high level of hospitality Accomodation -5⭐. Cleanliness and fixtures were at the highest standards Location - 5⭐.Great view and very close tot the center of Kopaonik. Restaurant -5⭐. Waiters ( Emir , Damir ) very professional . The food very delicious. Dragan restaurant manager very professional , always present on the floor and always ensuring each guest have a great dining experience. I don't have any negative comments on our experience at Mujen Lux Kopaonik .we will certainly be back.

First of all, staff is very kind and professional. Ski shuttle doesn’t function at all, so if you wanna ski just take taxi - don’t bother. Room is too dark, no good lightening at all. We had family room, room with big bed was with no any foot pass trough bed, so tiny room. Spa is small but very compatible, with three different type of sauna. It is very clean. Breakfast is very good and tasty! Čevapi are very good!

Filthy, smelled, double charged

Stayed in January. Planned to stay 3 nights left after two. Room was dark, dirty and the bathroom smelled awful. We asked desk to remedy this but nothing was done. Room was not cleaned. We could hear people in the lobby all night. Minivan to mountain was small and we ended up sitting in the rear with the equipment. Staff did not shovel parking spaces after snow, so it was difficult to park. We were fine being charged the third night, we chose to leave and it was prepaid, but the hotel charged us twice for the entire stay and were not responsive to rectifying the situation. Ended up disputing with the credit card company.

I enjoyed my visit together with my little dog. They are marked with Pet Travel Advisor, so look up on the web for more about visit rules or just ask for it. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, especially the manager Nataša.
