Clean and quiet hotel. Clean room comfy beds. Only few complaints was I had to wait 10 min before someone at front desk arrived and room was overpriced for the area and season. Wish the breakfast had healthier options.

Adequate clean uninspiring

We stayed here as a stopping off point between Grand Teton and Denver. The hotel was decidedly average, on edge of down opposite a gas station with a shop and a Walmart across. The road. The room wasn’t ready until bang on the precise time , although we had arrived a fair few hours early and asked if there was any chance of getting it ready earlier. The breakfast was again average , adequate but that was that. Room for the price was disappointing, not large and $200, so given we as a family needed space I didn’t feel this provided enough. Shower was fine. Town itself is fine , prison museum interesting

Hotel great, staff not so much and very noisy

We stayed here a few years ago and it was exceptional. It was quite pricey but knew the rooms and service were good. So booked again how wrong we were. Nothing wrong with the hotel, asked for a quiet room away from any anticipated noise, we were given a room on the middle floor, it was away from ice machines and lifts, but continual noise from unruly children and dogs barking next door at all hours was a nightmare. The reception staff were non existent and at check in at three o’clock no where to be found after calling several times and waiting a long time a girl appeared from behind the back with no hello or apology. Very indifferent, for a Hilton branded hotel would have accepted better service. Room very clean with all the amenities on offer, comfy bed. We could not get on the internet and had to go and ask for help, this could have been explained at check in or on a card in the room. No information on to channels so had to search endlessly through, as foreigners to your country this would have been a help. Good breakfast with a varied choice. On check out no response from staff, did you have a good stay wasn’t everything alright . Not a thing. Very disappointed, for a suposidy up market chain, maybe staff need extra trading in customer relations.

Pricey, but nice!

The Hampton Inn Rawlins is a very nice property with a friendly and professional staff but is a bit pricey for what has been known as a budget hotel chain. Would I stay there again? Absolutely! But I do not consider it to be a value.

Super Spacious Room

We stayed here twice on our trip to and from Oregon. The room itself is really spacious. We had a suite with two queen beds and a pullout couch. I liked that the couch was opposite the beds; we could put our noisier sleepers over there! I loved the sink and fridge area by the front door. There was really just so much room to spread out here. Staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was just okay. I would have liked to see a bit more options and higher quality food for the price, but it's better than the grab n go most places have.
