Overnight flight in and out of Redmond
I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels and have never gotten such helpful and kind customer service. Clearly it’s an older establishment but my room was spotless clean, bed and pillows super comfortable but the front desk staff at checkout and Check-in were exceptional and that makes all the difference! I had to leave really early this morning and the night clerk offered to help me find an Uber and because I left before breakfast, he packed me one to go without me even asking! When I come back to just visit and enjoy the area, I will definitely stay there! Your kindness was very appreciated 😊

I stayed there with my adult son. We were traveling to Florida. The front desk was so helpful at arranging the airport shuttle the next day. They offered a continental breakfast, which was wonderful. Gina and Talmage was very nice and helpful Everyone at the front desk was wonderful. Our room was clean and plenty of towels, soap bars, etc. There was a coffee pot, coffee and condiments. I so love my coffee and it was good. There was also a mini frig which was wonderful for water and food. I recommend this location.
Overnight Stay in Redmond
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel is close to restaurants and fast food places. We have stayed here several times before as this hotel is close to the airport. We would stay here again.

Our second trip to Bend/Redmond. First time last year stayed at a horrid hotel (Redmond Inn) with horrid owners. Glad this experience was a lot better. We were here to attend an event at Deschutes county so this was super convenient. The location meant a lot for us. It is also mins to Redmond airport but we had flew in and out of Bend, which isn't a bad drive (unless you meet a snow storm). Being just off the HW 97 makes it easy to get to Bend. The room was decent, clean. no complains. Love the new LARGE scenery paintings of Redmond/Bend/Oregon. Bed comfy. Glad they provide microwave and fridge. BF is continental with hot items: self make pancakes, oatmeal, biscuit and gravy. fresh unpeeled oranges. We didn't use it but they offer free taxi service to the redmond airport. We booked via Wyndham website - more flexibility for changes (like extension/cancellation) than booking.com. Because we could not confirm total number of nights until after check in, Kim was very nice to reassure me over phone that they won't charge me if we change our reservation even after check in. Plenty free parking.

Jason was extremely helpful and understand. Outstanding front desk person. This location is a nice surprise for a business traveler...it is well kept and recent upgrades. They are very close to airport and offer a free taxi.
