I had a good experience here, however, its not as nice as the pictures make it out to be. The room was nice and clean, but sort of dated. The staff were very nice. I walked over to a restaurant close by on the property for dinner and it was very good!

As others have stated, the hotel is very much in need of an update. It is very dated and tired. In addition to that though is the fact that it is not well cleaned. The curtains were soiled, the bathroom floor was dirty and the toilet was disgusting. I asked three times to have it cleaned and it never was. We stayed five nights and could not get even one night of cleaning service. The exterior door next to our room was broken and we heard it every time it opened or closed. There are no real dining options onsite. I will say we enjoyed the golf course and the view from our room, so please upgrade the resort!!

Filthy! Socks were BLACK from dirty carpets. Crumbs and actual pieces of food under all "cubbies"- where you hang your clothes, wash your hands, set of drawers and desk. No phone to call the front desk! Other rooms had them- but not mine. No bathroom fan or microwave. Electrical issues and fridge quit working (twice-after staff member looked at it). TV was not functional- receiver had fallen behind from previous stay-that can certainly happen, but it was one more thing to add to the long list and really frustrating. Shower head totally falling off wall. My daughter was locked out of her room and 3 other guests I know for the food show were also. The staff was super sweet and helpful, though unable to fix issues in the "old hotel, waiting for updates." Cleanliness does not have to do with needing updates. I felt sorry for them, knowing they must hear continuous complaints. For such an awesome resort with so many fun things to do-this was a horrible 1 star hotel for a lot of $$$. No nearby restaurant delivers food here and the one single resort restaurant that is open during the week closes at 8. Would never stay again, nor recommend to anyone.

We stayed in Room 127 at the lodge, and it was not a good experience. The air conditioning could not keep up with the heat wave, the shower had mildew, and paint was peeling in the bathroom. Also, the sidewalks roll up at 8:30 pm. There was an adequate restaurant/bar and a good cafe, but they close at 8:30. Going into Redmond for dinner or drinks is about 10-15 minutes away. On the other hand, every staff member we encountered was wonderful and very helpful. Long story short: Stay somewhere else.

Disappointing

We were part of a wedding block. On the night we checked in, the gentleman working the desk was very nice and conscientious, and he should be recognized for doing a great job. After that, things went downhill. When I requested a change of linens and towels, after being there 3 nights, they had to "check my account" before approving it! You must stay 5 nights for room service, which we were doing, so they did do it. But, they did not clean-- toilet was untouched. Very disappointing. I felt like I was asking for a favor, instead of a service that we paid for by booking the room. Family members were told to leave the cafe dining room (hours posted were all day) because others had made a mess. Not our family, and not at that time, but still made to leave. Other family members were abruptly forced to leave the pool (parents with children) due to a "loose railing"? There had been no issue, yet this was what they were told. Both of these instances seemed to happen because the staff just didn't want to have to pay attention to the areas. Extremely rude and disappointing. This hotel is ok, but dated and in need of some upgrades if it wants to be considered "resort" quality. Attention to quality of service of those on duty goes a long way, and these front desk employees definitely need some training. If we are to be in this area again, we will stay elsewhere.
