Had an unpleasant experience. Was travelling with a friend who arrived earlier than we did, but was trying to check in during the hotel’s set time. We even called a day early to try and set it up. She was not allowed to check in at all even when the booking was set to pay at property and was included as guest. Then our flight got delayed due to weather so we were calling the hotel since we found out, but no one was answering. Our friend tried her luck again at night and was even told the booking no longer existed since it was past 7pm (if only they answered). Front desk male was even rude and looked annoyed saying it didnt even exist only to be able to retrieve it. In the end, they allowed her to check in.

Excellent! Everything was amazing! The staff and the room were all great and the service was wonderful! The room was very clean and it was conveniently located to many different places including restaurants and bars and malls

Pros: Perfect for a quick stay. Rooms were spacious, nicely renovated, great balcony view, mall is nearby and Starbucks is next door! Cons: Parking was a little bit of a hassle, and the bed was a little too small for my liking. It also wasn't firm. I recommend getting a King room, and hopefully they upgrade the matresses.

Stay away if you: 1. Don’t like noise: you can hear everything - the wall and door are thin. Unfortunately, during our stay, the neighbors on the same floor were quite noisy. Walking and talking on the phone (using speaks) along the hallway. TV and chatting from the next rooms. People slammed doors and furnitures in the late night and early mornings. 2. Need housekeeping everyday: we did not know that the room won’t be cleaned at all during our whole stay ( 4 days and 3 nights) unless requesting a day before. When you called housekeeping service, the phone went to the 1 man front desk. He has to check in all guests waiting in line, and getting your shampoo or anything because you run out during your stay. 3. Need cleanliness: You can see trash alone the hallway. I really don’t know how often they clean for each floor. 4. Need true queen size bed: the adversities queen size bed is smaller than the one we had at home. If you don’t care any of the above, here are a couple positives: 1. Close to R train stop: walking in 5 minutes. 2. Close to shopping and restaurants

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Garden, The room was clean, Bed comfy, Nice warm hotel, Great shopping centre & restaurants a five mins walk away, train subway even closer. Starbucks next door, What more could you want. The Staff were great & really friendly, our airline lost our luggage & the guys at the front desk helped us contact the delivery driver with directions to get our bags back to us asap. They were always available to help with directions & to book Taxis when needed. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in New York as although it’s outside New York the price more than reflects this, it only takes 20-25 mins in subway right in to Times Square. Thank you.
