Recepcionista atenciosa. Bom apartamento, cama "king size", com forte cheiro de apartamento antigo, mas limpo, com banheiro completo, limpo, boas toalhas, com espelho retrátil. Tem frigobar, TV, cafeteira, táboa de passar e ferro. Ar condicionado meio silencioso. Café da manhã bom.
First, downtown Teno is ghastly. Many many homeless people, drunks, druggie. Feels very unsafe. Secondly, this hotel in the middle of this and the clientele are rough looking. A lot of guests are workers, some working nights so there is a lot of coming and going. Front desk personnel were very nice and there is fresh coffee in the lobby day and nite. Our room was at the end of a long, dark corridor. Room was very nice but smelled of cigarettes...an emergency exit right by us was being propped open by guests who smoked right outside and the smoke came in under our door. Room was clean and bed and pillows very good. There was a beverage bar with microwave and fridge and adequate locks. Bathroom sml but ok but altho there was hot water, it wouldn't come out of the shower. This is an older hotel but was fine for one nite

You can always tell a well maintained property - look at the carpet.This one was dirty and frayed in spots. Need touch up painting in our room and the hallways. What was touched up was sloppy. Looked nice on the outside but was disappointing on the inside. Somebody need to get on the cleaning and maintenance staff.
Room was robbed
We had a sports team of kids, ages 12-15, that stayed at this Hotel this past July. One of our rooms was robbed of a significant amount of money and items (unfortunately, this was due to one of our kids not making sure the door was closed). However, the Hotel Manager told me that she felt our kids stole the money and items. Even when a subsequent police investigation of the video revealed that the room was entered by another individual, the hotel manager never apologized to us, or even spoke to us. We also found out that a similar, in house, theft had occurred at this location a week prior to our theft. In addition, during our four night stay, our rooms were never made and no towel service was even given. When we went to checkout, they had not even given us any discount. I continue to contact Choice Hotels International, the parent company of Quality Inns and they have left messages for the Hotel Manager to contact me, but they never have. Steer clear of this Hotel.
The beds were very comfy the breakfast fabulous eggs sausage waffles etc. The bathroom was horrible. The tub shower faucets were stripped do I couldn't get the temp right and just a stream of water. Then it drips but not just a little drip who knows how long that that has been going on and all the wasted water . Then no coffee machine or cups but coffee packets to make coffee Refrigerator not cold . Halls smell of old smoke and dirty mop smell. They cover it up with a yuck spray smell
