Tried to get a room but requiring a service dog denied me that

So when I called to reserve a room they said they had a few available and they asked me how many people I said myself and my dog and before I could explain that he was a service dog he said no rooms available and hung up the phone then when I tried to call back they refused to accept my phone call I tried multiple times and so I got to sleep out under the raindrops because they won't accept a person who requires a service dog

accommodations. Was very accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good restaurants close by. I will reccomend this motel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Renton. Elevator was a plus.

Where to begin? The carpet was clean and the room was generally clean but the place has a general odor, perhaps from the cigarette floors. The cable is ill-connected so stations look fuzzy, the phone was dead, the mattress gave me a terrible back ache, the furniture was garage sale complete with chips and lots of scratches, very tacky. The fan in the bathroom screeched like a dying cat each time the light was turned on. The premises are ugly and decaying in general. The "staff" is the owner and his wife who barely speak English and who you have to practically argue with to get a suitable room. We had to try three different rooms, including a smoking room after I told the husband "no smoking" at least four times in conversation. So he gives me keys and it's a smoking room. I have to trudge back downstairs and repeat, NO SMOKING. Utterly ridiculous. He knew perfectly well what I meant the first time. You really have the feeling that the owners have zero respect for anyone fool enough to stay at their hotel. Almost anything is better than this. It's one of the top three worst places I've stayed at in the past 20 years. btw, no continental breakfast or coffee outside of the room coffee.

I tried looking at Google Street Map and it showed empty lot. This hotel is fairly new. Everything is like new. Staff were super friendly. Free WiFi and gated parking. Frys, Target, Dick's Sporting and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Lots of electrical outlets in the room. Each outlet has a USB power outlet all you need is yourUSB cables.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and entertaining. Elevator was not working, but stairs are a good workout. Seriously, this is not a fancy hotel where you will be guided all the time by the valley, but you'll find all the needs you're looking for. Affordable, close to Renton downtown, come and stay.
