Os apartamentos são amplos e bastante aconchegante e com um café da manhã bem servido. O atendimento prestado pela equipe de funcionários excelente. O wifi de boa qualidade, restaurante muito bom e estacionamento gratis. Recomendo esse hotel!
Have just returned from my first visit to this hotel, stayed for one week, 8th-15th October and have to say it was one of the best places I have stayed. The staff are wonderful and just want to make your holiday special, the food was superb, we were all inclusive, which has to be the best value ever. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and can’t wait to return.

Just returned from a 10 day holiday here and enjoyed everything about it. We had a lovely room with beautiful sea view. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels etc always plenty of hot water too. Had to take the bus into town but the buses ran frequently and not expensive so no problem. Every member of staff had a friendly smile and was very helpful to everyone, though we had no problems atall. The food was delicious and so well cooked and full of flavour, always hot and well presented as well. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want a nice relaxing quiet holiday.
Lovely quiet relaxing holiday
My wife and I have just returned from an eleven night stay at the Creta Royal. We usually seek out Adults Only hotels, ideally All Inclusive. I have read a number of the other reviews, and would agree that this is not the place for you if you are looking for evening entertainment (although I believe you were able to go to the sister hotel next door) or any form of activities around the pool. There wasn’t even any music playing in the background, just blissful peace and quiet! Yes the vast majority of guests appeared to be German, and kept themselves to themselves, Brits were a bit thin on the ground. Heho, if I want to meet new British friends I can do that at home! We found all the staff to be very welcoming and friendly, especially the two ladies, both called Katerina, who ran the Pool Bar and Sunset Bar. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and they were all able to converse with you in English. We enjoyed the meals on offer, the quality was good and there was always plenty of choice. We especially enjoyed lunch down in the small restaurant on the seafront, that was really nice. And for those like me with a sweet tooth, the puddings were excellent. So, the diet starts tomorrow 😂 There wasn’t a great deal to do locally, although I did discover a nice walk along the shore after a few days. That became my daily exercise. We did get the local bus into Rethymnon a couple of times, and spent a nice morning wandering about the shops. Downsides. If Im being honest, the hotel, whilst very clean and looked after, is a little bit tired. Its not really what you would expect from a five star hotel in the UK. Mainly the bedroom. One constant niggle was the single plug socket in the bedroom which just isn’t enough for a couple with 2 phones, 2 Kindles, an iPad etc etc. Maybe other rooms were different. We only had one (huge) magnetic key so couldn’t leave the electricity on when we weren’t there. And, as an engineer, I found it impossible to figure out how the aircon worked. Guess I could have asked I suppose 🤷♂️. All these were minor points though. We really enjoyed our stay, loved the ambience and the friendliness of the staff, and would definitely think of going back! Although I might hire a car next time!

Just returned from the worst hotel I have ever visited with a 5 ***** rating, to start with on the web site it says that you have a mini bar in the fridge this is only filled once with soft drinks a couple of beers, plus one bottle of water that is replenished every third day, it seems strange that you drink alcohol all day but only have water in your room replaced infrequently, the food in the restaurants had a look as if it had been standing a long time in the kitchen or displays and did not look appetising, the portions at the show cooking chefs stations was very portioned controlled and the size of serving meant you had to always ask for more, this is the only holiday that I have come home 3lbs lighter that I went. At breakfast coffee had been served Luke warm at 7-45 am and on another occasion the milk had curdled in the jug having not been kept cool. This was all presented to the management and received with very defensive answers, after this meeting it was apparent that we had made a complaint and the staff were very aware of us through the rest of our stay. The hotel will need to remember that there are hotels all over the world offering a great service and excellent food it is not easy to gain star ratings but much harder to keep them, this hotel needs to look at itself and rectify its misgivings before the holiday maker finds better value and service else where, we will not be returning again.
