Needs some work, but a good sized suite

We stayed to hang out with family overnight and while it was great having a 2br suite, I wasn't too impressed with this property. I'm really not usually a complainer! First another in our group had to change rooms due to lights not working; We had one sink area with the light not working which wasn't that big a deal. We wanted the 2br so we could be separate from our kids and they could have their own spaces. But when we opened the sofabed it was full of crumbs and pieces of Doritos and clearly had not been cleaned. None of the phones were working; I called the desk on my cell & they did bring us extra sheets and blankets right away. (I told them I didn't need to change rooms). Other than that the layout would have been perfect for us, just wish any of the bathrooms had the sink inside the door - once my husband and kids were asleep there was nowhere for me to get ready without using a sink that was right in someone's bedroom. We specifically picked this hotel because we wanted an indoor pool, unfortunately the pool was freezing (we were told 74 degrees is a good temp for an indoor pool, swim much??) so that wasn't happening. Also note, this hotel is very dog-friendly; we saw several in the halls and I'm trying not to think about the cleanup protocols on that side of things! The staff seemed great and we did notice what looked like new carpet waiting to be installed, so maybe they are already on the way to renovations? It wasn't the worst place I've stayed just could use better maintenance/cleaning. We'll see how breakfast goes...

We have been at this hotel since Sept because my husband is working up here in Rhode Island. We are in a 1 bedroom suite it has everything we need for it to feel like home.. It's my husband, myself and our 9 year old daughter. As you can see we have made it home. The staff here are nothing but AMAZING. They make you feel like family and go above and beyond what they have to. I highly recommend staying here.

Filthy hotel

This is one of the worst hotels I stayed at and it wasn't cheap. Using miles, it was around $743 for 2 days. The room was filthy - mold, dust, stains, holes in door, cracked toilet, dirty refrigerator. Had to keep my shoes on until I got into the bed. Felt like I needed a shower after staying there. Only got a 1 night refund after weeks of trying to reach the manager. Can't believe Marriott allows their name/brand on this flea pit. See the pics. They tell all.

I like staying at Residence Inns and this is one of the nicest ones I have stayed at. Room was clean, including all the silverware. Breakfast in the morning was excellent! So many fresh cut fruits to choose from and nicely cooked eggs and bacon. Plus they did have recycling which not all Marriott properties do. The location is a bit odd, in a weird office park, but was fine for my needs. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

I stayed here October24th for one night. The bathroom floor had hair, dirt and dust all over it. The wall in the shower had hair on it. The stove was covered in grease and the inside of the refrigerator had food stuck on the shelves. I spoke to customer service as well as Brian Howe who informed me that I would be receiving a call from their GM, Alex, regarding this issue. I was requesting a full refund . I called 3 times within 2 weeks and never received a call back . I have been a rewards member for quite some time and expect at the very least cleanliness from a Marriott property. Marriott claims all rooms are sanitized for Covid this is far from the truth . I was told this hotel is very understaffed. Extremely poor customer service.
