Great location with nice pool and hot tub. Check in and out was easy. Hotel needs updates. We where there for our wedding on the beach. Price was right for the location, a little expensive for the decor.
Pool is heated, clean, and well lite for night use until 10pm. Did not get in hot tub since it was full of kids.
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!

Made a reservation in May for an August stay, where the inn promptly charged my credit card. A week before arrival, they sent me an email that my reservation was cancelled, for no reason! Then they LIED when I called, and said I had cancelled it. I had booked though Booking.com, and Inn tried to push me off and blame them. After asking questions, the inn admitted that it was their error, they overbooked.. but lucky me, they are refunding my money!
These people are rude lowlifes. They took no responsibility or ownership of their mistake. They didn't even offer me a day pass to use their pool and beach. I hope they go bankrupt!
Nice property, apathy owner

The property is nice and quiet.
The jacuzzi is not even warm.
The pool opens at 10am, but most of us just sat in the chairs, at 9AM.
Sometimes it was met with "getting permission."
The sliding screen door fell off onto the patio, when I was sitting at the table.
The shower, sprayed all over the bathroom, from where it comes out of the wall.
It took 2 calls to get it "tightened" but not 100% fixed.
There is no breakfast, nor is there a coffee maker in the room.
I brought my own.
I had a full breakfast at "The Villa," on the same road, delivered to my room, so there really is no excuse.
Paying for amenities that do not exist, at the same rate is pure greed.
The owner is why the above problems exist.
He does not care about guests safety, or guests at all.
I had to alter my review because of controversial circumstances, that occurred during my 5 night stay.
Message me if you want more details.
My advice is to stay at "Breezeway", or "The Villa", on the same road.
Convenient to Misquamicut Beach, nice rooms

We visited in August 2019 as w wanted one more 'beach day' at Misquamicut. We found our room to be spotlessly clean and very well-maintained (no rips, tears, stains, etc.) - overall very nice! Upside - a short drive (5 minutes) to the beach, a free beach parking pass from the Inn, and a superb restaurant next door (Venice Restaurant). Coffee and continental breakfast (OK - this was not gourmet, but adequate) are included, and there's a pool that we didn't visit. AND - if you visit - you must take a moment to say hello to the owners - Anna and Antonio Di Marco - who are lovely people that you will enjoy a chat with. (Only negative to our entire visit - one of the front desk staff appeared to really not want to be there! A bit gruff, but efficient. Other staff was amazing.)

The front desk staff are very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and liked our room. Room was quite big, and while it is dated, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast is great, and came with the room!
