The location is very convenient considering the studios proximity to the beach, the nearest supermarket and the bus stop. The pebbled beach (however, sandy in the water) is around 7 min away, down the hill from the studios (on the way there is a fresh vegetable and fruit shop, high quality production). Walking down to the beach is quite a challenge because the road is steep but excellent if you wish to exercise a bit before the morning dip in the sea. You can easily get to the beach by car, it takes just a couple of minutes and there is a free car park right by the beach. We enjoyed this pre-breakfast swim each day of a 2 week stay. The studios are very close to the town of Lindos and its beaches. If you want to go there and don't have a car, the bus stop is just outside the studios. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each studio has a private entrance. The surrounding greenery is well maintained. There is a nice swimming pool and barbecue facilities. The name 'Golden view" speaks fore itself. The view from the balcony is breath-taking (ask for the first floor when booking, not the ground one), therefore, we had all our meals only there. The host is super friendly, ready to assist whenever you have a problem. If we return to Rhode any autumn, we will not hesitate to book the same studio.

Fantastic place rooms spotless and very nice balcony great views over sea very friendly owner zircon Wi-fi pool clean very relaxing Atmosphere you do Ned a car for local shops but you can get drinks here fully equipped kitchen

This lovely cluster of apartments are a real find in the fantastic Island of Rhodes. The owner and his wife are wonderful people nothing is too much trouble. Great sea views, very clean rooms, it was a pleasure to stay there.Quite place to unwind.Would advise hiring a car as the beach is down quite a steep hill which we climbed a couple of times! also handy for the lovely supermarket down the road. Of course the car comes in much it's own for exploring the rest of rhodes. Which is wonderful particularly the mountainous region after seeing Lindos & Rodos city.Many other lovely villages and towns! There are buses and are plentiful! Enjoy! We did very much.

Lovely apartments with a good pool

We used these great studios as a base as we were attending a wedding in Lindos and had various friends placed all over the place. The owner was very helpful and welcomed us even arriving late at night. The studio had all we needed and was very spacious. There is a good supermarket approximately 500 meters away. There is a bus stop just outside the studios taking you into Rhodes or Lindos but there are taxis that are easy to obtain. The beach at Vilcha is not sandy but is mainly quieter than the others. There is a lovely taverna and a bar down there so well worth the steep walk back up the hill. These studios are a perfect base but car hire would be needed if we returned. Well recommended.

We stayed in the Golden View Studios at the end of May 2019. It was our first time in Rhodes (usually holiday in Corfu) but were attending a friends wedding at Ktima. We could no fault the apartments, They are comfortable, clean, with sheets an towels changed regularly. The pool area is lovely, everything is well maintained and clean. We had a late arrival but were welcomed by Apostolos who was a fabulous host, he was so helpful. We enjoyed catching up with him for chats during our stay. The only downside to our stay was the fact there is nowhere really within walking distance to eat out at night. You need to take a taxi or bus into Lindos. (which isn't far but couldn't walk it easily on the main roads). Having said that, Lindos is beautiful and has some fabulous restaurants which were recommended to us by Apostolos. If we were to visit these apartments again, we would hire transport which would make it easier to get around.
