Very Comfortable Stay

This hotel was one of the most comfortable places I have stayed in quite a while. The rooms were very large and spacious, very clean, and the staff from the front desk to house keeping were very friendly, helpful, and very nice to talk with. Every aspect of my stay was wonderful.

Staff appeared uptight guarded and made me feel like I was a suspect invading their property or about to commit a crime . Their demeanor seemed on high alert and no smile , no basic customer service interactions .

Everything was great except the breakfast was only wrapped bagels(mine was stale) the rooms were clean and well maintained and the staff was helpful. it was a quick check in and checkout was very simple. my only complain was the breakfast offering

I recently stayed at the Days Inn as a last resort as it was the only place with vacancy for a music festival. Upon arrival the hostess was very rude and before we had a chance to say anything she shouted “check in is not until 3!” The check in time was not a problem for us so when we returned I noticed a sign on the plexiglass i front of the register say. “Cash deposit is mandatory.” When I went to check i was helped by an older man who didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He took my card and information but did not mention a deposit fee. Once completed we proceeded to our room. Once we entered the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. At this point we did not care as we were just happy to have a place to stay. A few days after check out my deposit was not refunded. I called and was told that I was not refunded because of a smoke smell in my room. I let them know that the smell was there before we arrived and that was incorrect. He refused to refund me and stated I could take it up with my bank. So these workers are scamming for deposits and most likely did the same thing to those who paid cash and just pocketed the money. Just avoid this spot at all costs if you can. Employees are rude and shady. The rooms are atrocious and not worth the ridiculous price.

The worst part about this hotel was the staff hands down, one in particular . From the second I arrived, the woman with the ponytail and shaved sides of her head was honestly one of the rudest people I have encountered. We arrived early for check in, which I understood, but when I wanted to ask just in case (through the outdoor night window which was the only way they would talk to us at that point ), all I got was a rude tap at the window pointing at the 3 pm check in sign. She yelled at and was extremely sassy to so many people who were checking in near us that she ruined the experience / stay right from the beginning . Trashy worker, trashy experience. I’m not too picky with hotels , but I would stay FAR away from this one.
