Paramos neste hotel para apenas 1 noite de nossa viagem de New York a Orlando. Os funcionários são solicitos e educados. O quarto é limpo, mas os lençóis precisam ser renovados pois estão velhos. O café da manhã é simples. Precisa de mais cuidado nos jardins, especialmente ao redor da piscina.

We recently visiting JAIN temple, stayed here, received warm WELCOME from front desk, also from large sections in BREAKFAST, Breakfast staff was very helpful in refeliing everything quickly for our large group, Property is Nice, neat & clean, BED was comfy, will definitely recommend,

This hotel has updated, large, comfortable rooms. They offer a free hot breakfast. There's plenty of parking, easy to get to & is located in a area surrounded by shopping & restaurants. I had to rate it average because of housekeeping. When we arrived in the evening & checked in, we were told if we wanted housekeeping the next day, we had to tell them now. So we did & they even had me check a form with the request. The next day we were out most of the day & came back to a room that hadn't been cleaned. So what's the point of asking us if it doesn't get done?

Beware of bed bugs

My daughter’s volleyball team stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Richmond E – Midlothian Trnpke from January 15th-17th. During that stay, my daughter woke up with bites on both arms. I didn’t complain at the time of my visit because I didn’t recognize what had caused them. I took pictures and over the next few days showed them to several medical professionals, who all independently agreed that the bites were clearly from bed bugs. On January 17th, I emailed the Regional Manager, Timothy L. Armitage, to explain the situation. With no due diligence of any kind, he denied (in barely coherent language) that the bites were from bed bugs, and theorized that my daughter had an allergic reaction to something pet-related (from a previous customer) in the bed. Even if he was right, it means the bed wasn't properly cleaned. But in reality, he made no effort to actually look into it, and was making something up just to get me to go away. The hotel cleaned the room after I left and then had it inspected by Orkin, so that by then there was nothing to find. Timothy used that result to conclude that the hotel had done nothing wrong (even though his own theory about an allergic reaction to pet products was barely any better than the bed bugs). The handling of the situation was not acceptable in my opinion. I had to throw away my suitcase and some other items to avoid infesting my home, on top of the unsatisfactory aspect of the stay itself. IHG, the owner of the Holiday Inn brand, has prominently on their website: "With the IHG Clean Promise, guests are reassured that: Good isn't good enough – we're committed to high levels of cleanliness." The issue for me isn't so much the bed bugs as how the matter was handled. Things happen, but the response did not live up to my expectations or the expectations stated by the company.

Very Disappointed "RUN, do not stay"

I am an IHG gold elite member and very accustomed to better quality from IHG and Holiday Inn express locations. I have just checked in, I feel like something is biting me. The room, hallway and elevator carpets are an absolute disgrace. My husband and I were only issued ONE room key, woman at desk said they have a shortage. REALLY! A shortage on room keys. Adults having to share a room key. Our plan was to stay July 15, 21- July 18, 21. I am as soon as I finish this review and looking for another hotel to spend the rest of our visit while here. This place should be shut down. Nothing was explained, breakfast, pool, elevator location, entries, Wi-Fi password. ABSOLUTELY nothing. If you're not liking your job, please, go file an application at all these other locations for another job. I am just appalled and if it wasn't so late (9:00pm), I'd go look for another place to rest tonight. They charged my card on file and wouldnt switch to the one I wanted to use instead. THE entire stay was billed already on my card which I think best be removed by tomorrow as we check out. I booked a double suite. OH MY GOODNESS, it is so old, the suite is next door, another room. You have to be a size 10 to get into the bathroom to use it. I am so not wanting to stay here tonight. Thank heavens I didn't bring my sons on this trip. Just a disaster stay. Oh, no light switches to be found until you bumb into things and in the suite area, the light bulbs were burnt out. Only one room had working light bulbs, I am afraid of the calling and asking for some. The receptionist at front desk had no smile, no greeting, no enthusiasm as there were three different families arriving at the time we had. She was JUST HERE. DO NOT LET ANYTHING HIT THE FLOORS. Dirt on all furniture, hall ways, bathroom and room photos are included. The management team here should be fired. My husband just got bit by an ant.
