De forma geral, foi excelente. Pessoas foram cordiais, o quarto limpo, tudo funcionando. Quando precisei de ajuda, prontamente me atenderam. O café da manhã típico café americano. Recomendo. A localização também ébria, com restaurantes, lojas, posto, etc por perto.

Stayed one night on our way home from vacation. The double beds were comfortable and the room featured a sizeable frig and microwave, along with plenty of channels to watch on TV. The front desk staff and the breakfast hostess were both very welcoming during our stay. About the only criticism was this hotel has just one elevator, which for the number of rooms, is unusual. But after a long day of traveling, we didn't mind using the stairs from time to time.

After walking in, we were amazed at the size of the rooms, large with king bed, huge chair and couch. The black our curtains work wonders for sleeping. Staff was polite and professional. Great place to stay, I recommend it. We over slept the first day but enjoyed the buffet breakfast the second day

Stayed on a Saturday night. Hotel was completely booked! I was glad we got a room although the cost had gone up $50/night from when I first looked online to when I booked a few hours later. King suite was great! Sofa bed was even comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast was a little sparce but the one lady working was working really hard to keep it stocked. I think we came right after a huge group of people had wiped out all the food. But, what do you expect with a full hotel at 9:00am on a Sunday morning? Good location. Spacious room. Comfy bed. I’d definitely stay here again. And front desk staff were extremely friendly & welcoming both in the Pm & AM.

A completely acceptable room for a night's stay. Clean room, quiet, comfortable bed, good location. But there was nothing remarkable about the hotel, especially for the price. Breakfast offerings were easily overlooked and a half hour's drive brought a large selection of choices in nearby Lexington. And dining choices in Richmond itself were equally unremarkable – mostly limited to all the franchise places you'd expect to find along an interstate.
