O hotel é bom, mas precisa de mais cuidados nos detalhes, como lampadas queimadas e puxadores de gaveta soltos. A localização é boa e tem restaurantes próximos. O estacionamento é bom e gratuito, mas não tem café da manhã.

Check in is slow and disorganized. Extremely frustrating place. Waited and waited, we have the right address and right name but they tell us we are still at the wrong sandman. At least we didn't have to endure the rest of the check process.

I liked the stay here. Beds are super comfortable and the staff is friendly. Eshaan at the reception is very hospitable and greeted us very nicely. He is very friendly. Chop is very nice too, and water slide is fun.

This large corporate hotel knows it has a number of broken coffee makers in the rooms. When reported to the desk they state there are no spares or replacement parts (coffee basket). They offer hot water and instant coffee as a remedy. Not acceptable especially since they immediately aknoege knowing about the problem.

First off I’m a platinum RSVP Rewards member for Sandman.. Stayed here several times but it seems to get more and more rough! Lobby and elevator looks nice but that’s where it declines. Wood peeling on the bathroom cabinets badly, not very clean, paint peeling in several spots. There appears to have been artwork on the wall at some point but is gone but brackets are still there. Faucet super loose and moves and turns with a slight touch. Weird stain on bedsheets. Looks like mold Chair has a GROSS stain, balcony is flooded and looks like no staff have looked at it in years. From the door having sticky old tape to the balcony itself. This is your “Signature”?? This is Sandman at your best?? Tried to order room service. Scanned the QR code which leads you to the restaurant page which has ZERO options for room service… you can order pick up but the only options are literally a FEW DAYS from now. No idea why. So it shows skip the dishes as an option. So I reactivate that app, however Chop doesn’t show up, and when you search it, the site is blank. No options, no menus… oh so maybe I’ll just call Chop… recording comes on saying all take out or room service requests “go to the webpage”. Round and round you go. What a clown show.
