Beautiful views and friendly staff

Our stay at the D'Monaco was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the lake. The bar/restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect for our needs and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to Table Rock Lake.
Not Luxurious at all!

Has a pretty view but that’s all. I stayed in a 1bdrm w/balcony and it had only one night stand in the bedroom instead of two because the bedroom was so small. The Shower pressure was weak. All the details were off. Too much caulking in the bathroom literally globs everywhere, the baseboards barely lined up, the drywall was cracking in the corners of the rooms, rough cheap towels, bedrooms face the hwy so all I heard throughout the night was traffic. Owner claims the walls are 12inches thick which is completely laughable. Windows are nasty and need to be cleaned on the outside where spider webs and bird poop accumulate. This place has so much potential but you can tell where ever they could get away with skipping corners, they did. Definitely not luxurious. Money is better spent at Big Cedar Lodge right down the road.
What a view!

I have stayed at true luxury resorts before and while I would say this one is very nice, it’s a little of a stretch to call it luxury. The room was very spacious and clean though. Would have been nice to have a kitchen table and chairs in it. There was plenty of space. The towels were not luxury quality but they were clean. You had to request housekeeping to come clean your room, which I did but they only brought coffee and towels. In spite of all this I would definitely go back. The view we had makes up for any shortcomings!
Great way to relax and stay away from the crowds.

First, the pro's: All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We only interacted with the dining room folks and the front desk folks. Every room has a beautiful view of the lake. You can step out on the balcony and listen to the water lap on the shoreline. To me, that is very relaxing. We only ate breakfast there, but it was great. We had the eggs, bacon, and homestyle potatoes. Chef Bryan is also the bartender and it is worth your time to go visit him in the evening and have a drink. Chef Bryan uses real potatoes and cuts them fresh for the breakfasts. Oh my goodness....crisp on the outside, buttery warm soft potato in the middle. Perfect. There are several breakfast options and the prices are reasonable and comparable to diners and restaurants in Branson. We both had the same breakfast - scrambled egg, bacon, delicious potatoes, water and diet coke. $21.00 total. However keep in mind this is the off-season, too. The rooms are very nice. The beds are very comfortable and soft. Now, the "con's:" You can hear the road traffic because the resort sits right on the highway. As vehicles cross the bridge, it echoes through the valley. The walls are very thin. There was a constant "knock" in our room (like the pipes) about every 15 or 20 minutes. There are no mixed drinks at the restaurant/bar - wine and beer, and soft drinks only. There are no ice machines. The water is filtered from the lake, I believe. It has a "woodsy, earthy" taste and smell. There is no water softener so your water is hard. That means, your shampoo and soap aren't going to lather up. Overall, it was a good stay. The view more than makes up for the con's. Since it is wintertime, the marina was closed and so was Integrity Chapel. It's a nice place to stay and beats the hustle and bustle of Branson.
Poor Customer Service

I signed up on the D'Monaco Resort website for specials and any future promotions, I received and email on 1/4/21 that they were offering $100 off per night, I called to see how to apply the promotion and Sarah in the RUDEST way she could stated that this was a December promotion, I stated that I just received this email on yesterday, she stated we are working hard to get it off the website, (how hard could it be to delete the promotion) I stated that you should honor the discount for my booking there is no expiration date or black out dates on the email she stated bottom line you're not going to get the discount, I have stayed at this resort and absolutely loved it, but her attitude makes me not want to give this place another dime!!!! i'm not sure what happened to the husband and wife duo that was there in October when I stayed there but they were very pleasant to work with, Sarah not so much!
