Voltando de Dallas para Atlanta fizemos uma parada neste hotel. Ficamos surpresos com as facilidades que eles oferecem e a praticidade das suas instalações. Quartos amplos conjugados com uma pequena sala/cozinha.

Homey? Not by a long shot! This hotel has definitely gone downhill and is in poor repair and filthy. When I saw the room and went immediately to the front desk to say I was unhappy and leaving right away. I was told my money could not be refunded. Directly above the front desk was a sign claiming “Your stay will be right!” Yet when the rubber hit the road, those words rang untrue. My disappointment with Hilton can’t be emphasized enough. This Diamond member feels like this hotel is a cubic zirconia. Thumbs down! Do not stay here!

On our way to New Orleans from Chicago this location in Jackson MS was our driving limit for the day. We have always found Hilton properties to be clean and good value. Not here. The bathroom sink faucet was covered in hair like someone trimmed their beard over it. And there were a multitude of assorted hairs on the BA floor. Some liquid around the toilet (slow leak around the floor seal, I hope) nearly put me on the floor. And there was no TP. Zero. Not even a few squares. In the morning when we finally escaped we went down to get some coffee. No cups. How do you make a pot of coffee without first assuring there are cups?? None of the four staff could find any cups and after waiting ten minutes we just left while they were rummaging around in back. If you have to stay in this area, the options on the other side of the interstate are much better.

Disappointing but OK

We stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton over Christmas 2022. We stayed at a Hyatt property in 2021 just across the street from this hotel and, because it was a Hilton brand, we expected pretty much the same level of hotel. WRONG on our part! Hilton may be the parent company, but this is about as far from a Hilton as you could get. We could barely get a "hello" out of any of the staff while we were there. Very unfriendly. They weren't mean-spirited...they were just very stand-offish and lacked any kind of hospitality you'd expect from a Hilton brand or from most any company in the South. No one ever said, "Happy Holidays," or "Merry Christmas," the entire time we were there. On one occasion, we came down around 8am and no one was at the front desk for at least 20 minutes. Other guests came and went with no help either. We eventually gave up and went back to our room. One positive note about this hotel is that they have a great breakfast. The downside is that you never really know WHEN it's going to be served. We were told that on the weekend, it was open from 7-9am and from 6-9am on the weekdays. It was pretty standard that the opening was usually around 8 to 830 each day but they did close service

I would not recommend this hotel. Front desk staff was smoking at the entrance, room had bugs and smelled of dirty mop water. Rooms were also noisy. It was an unpleasant stay so I would recommend booking elsewhere.
