Nice hotel with very nice staff. we spent there 1 week and we are very happy for this choice. rooms are comfortable and the beach is very close. unfortunately the hotel is little bit far from the centre, but public transport is working very well. we recommend this hotel

it´s a very nice hotel with an excellent little breakfast, it´s not much but its really nice, and they have some delicious homemade cakes. the hotel has a nice location very close to the beach, 2 minutes away. the staff is always smiling and happy, and will always help you, if you have any questions, about the area you are in. the rooms is not that big, but you don´t go on a holliday for staying in your room! and the rooms are allways clean, and they´re actually pretty nice. i would definitely use this hotel agian.

If you'll need clean rooms 100 meters by the Sea here you may find also delicius cakes, handmade, for breakfast and an hotel' staffs very friendly. The hotel is ubicated in Rivabella, a neighborhood near the centre of Rimini and comfortable to all services (beach, pubs, locals, GdO and so on). Suggested!

I've been in this Hotel with my Dad in the last 4 days just to find a little bit of relax far from Milan. We found a super promotion on Booking and we decided to take it and try this Hotel. Nothing to say, very helpful and kind Staff, really close to the beach and an enviable breakfast, everything home-made from the cakes to the biscuits untill eggs, bacon and brioches: the classic breakfast for champions. Rooms not very big but really clean, with wifi, air conditioner, TV and frigo-bar. I absolutely reccomend it for the price/quality. GREAT JOB GUYS!

We stayed for a night in this little hotel. The staff was helpful and the hotel is not old for european standards. It was overall clean. It is clearly a hotel to stay in summer, though. The breakfast was honest and very good. The negatives points were size of the room, really small, and the bathroom that didn't have a separation between the shower and the toilet, so after the shower everything inside the bathroom (and I mean EVERYTHING) was completely soaked wet. Another negative point was that we listened to everything on the other room, including conversations and television. It was hard to fall asleep. We payed only 33 euros per person so it is the regular 2-3 star hotel.
