4*Star Hotel - far away!!!!!
We just came from our vacation in Italy. We had such a great time, visiting Rimini and other places. But...according to the hotel with 4* stars unfortunately can’t say that was the best. The one star is given to the staff, especially for the Restaurant Waiters - they were so friendly, trying to sadisfy everyone, but for what I have seen and comparing the standard of 4* hotels this hotels is far away. When it’s a all inclusive package (it means that you can choose between sweets or fruits!!! � breakfast was the worst ( 20 sorts of cake...� but to drink coffee or a tea it’s not the meaning of all inclusive pack. In a hotel with 4* (with buffet Model, it’s supposed to have everything and you can choose everytime dhe everything to eat) and not asking, do you want this or that, cake or fruits(by the way, 2 sorts of fruits:( For the value of money and for the concept that is supposed to be is sooo far awayyyy:( The best thing is the position near to bus station and to the sea.

We have just got back from another stay at the Remin Plaza Hotel in Rimini, this was our third stay at this hotel in the last ten years. It was and always has been a pleasurable experience, the staff are very helpful and polite, the cleanliness of the hotel is unquestionable, especially the rooms. We had bed and breakfast rate, which is excellent value for money, the restaurant staff again were very helpful and polite throughout. The location of the hotel for the beach and nearby shops and restaurants is excellent.
We had a week in this September. The hotel has a very good location on the first line of the sea. Located on a busy street with many shops and restaurants. The hotel has a bus stop from which 10 minutes to reach the center. The historic center can be reached on foot in 40-50 minutes. Rooms are kept clean, but small. The staff is friendly, fluent in several foreign languages.Breakfast and dinner are varied and plentiful. The hotel has its own beach which is paid. Of interest is that it is forbidden to lie on the sand of their own towel and carry an umbrella. Beach is great - wide is over 120 meters, has all the necessary facilities that you can think of it including library books. The only negative that hotel rooms are not placed any glasses. This is very strange policy for a hotel.
My room was clean, but very, very small. Mini balcony. And with loudy neighbours it is bad. Very good breakfast, but the staff in the restaurant was cocky, cheeky and disrespectful. The hotel is in front of the sea. Air conditioning doesn't work. Wifi was fast enough.

The rooms are very, very small and dark. Mine was without a window but there was a balcony! Breakfast was very simple, coffee from coffee dispanser, tea from tea bags, youghurt and a lot of bread. Internet worked. The beach is 50 m away but you have to cross a very busy road. It was busy in March, imagine how it is in the summer
