I am most grateful to have met Jackie Alcaraz as she checked my husband and I into the hotel twice in July. The GM as well as the staff is wonderful! Only one issue was Maham as she was not welcoming!

Wonderful receptionist at the front desk even if it was a late night check in. Rooms are very clean, breakfast was nice which came w the room price. And dog friendly, which is great! Keep up the good work, Hampton Inn, in downtown Riverside

Vsingh general manager, Saeet front office manager, Nathan and Alejandra Breakfast attendants, front desk attendants: Mahan, Iman, Jane, and Joey, and all the other staff made sure my stay was amazing! The hotel is in a very artsy area, very interesting places to go nearby, Food Lab, Tio’s Tacos, Taco Station, etc. The hot breakfast was delicious, the malted vanilla waffles became my favorite out of the three batter options! I really enjoyed going to the gym and the pool area.

the location of hotel is very good and rooms are big and clean. the reason of my rating is the lady on the front desk was not very welcoming, breakfast is very average and the biggest problem was the air condition was not working properly, after my phone call to front desk to solve the problem, i was informed that they cant change my room and the solution is to send an extra blanket so we can sleep in cold room, that was a little bit awkard. hotel management then returned about 60 usd (daily rate was about 220 usd ) to my booking.com account as compensation. overall good hotel if they take care more about staff and maintenance.

We paid 23.00 to park in their gated fenced parking lot over night, and during the night our truck window was broken and our lugguage and camera, and cd case and change in the console were stolen. Jackets and other minor items remained. We informed the staff they were rude and non carring and didnt even bother to walk out to look at the damage. One employee used fowl language when asked for card board to cover the broken window and in fact this was day two of a 7 day trip and we were so upset and without clothes so we turned around and drove 450 miles home canceling the trip we had planned for for months.
