I stayed at the florist location and I feel like this is my home away from home. The rooms are clean when you first walk in the hardwood floors are the first thing you notice. You also get housekeeping weekly and the housekeeper goes out of her way to make sure the room is taken care of. The manager Josh is so polite and responds quickly for even minor things you may need. The staff here are always smiling and checking in on you. The other people that stay here are very quiet and respectful I feel like everyone that stays here just vibe well together. The manager has a no tolerance policy for any foolishness that I’ve seen at other hotels. This is the place you want to stay! If you come to Roanoke and need a safe place to stay stop in here you won’t be disappointed. You have everything you need from stove to fridges and weekly cleaning of your room. I give this place as much stars as I can.

Very uncomfortable, broken sink, very little privacy, no parking, guests were very suspect and weird. We even had one person who appeared to be under influence knock on our door several times after telling her no one by that name lived there. Very bad experience and will not go back. The manager at the time had a nasty attitude and didn’t offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience.

The manager here is very nice and helpful, the rooms are very clean and have al the amenities you could possibly need, and it’s quiet and very clean. If you’re traveling for business for an extended period I wouldn’t choose anywhere else in the area.

I’m here for a short stay while renovating my parents house. It’s rained pretty hard the other night and my ceiling started leaking. The manager immediately moved me to another suite no questions asked. They quickly had a contractor on the scene to evaluate damage and begin repairs. I liked the quick crisis response time because I was so upset. They reassured me and helped me move my stuff. They are definitely 5⭐️

This place was absolutely amazing! Staff were very friendly, room was decorated nice and was super clean, also the outside is very neat and tidy, nothing out of place! Fully furnished non smoking rooms were great! Loved the designated areas for outside cooking and visiting! It was also very nice to have an on site laundry room priced very well for the amount of time we stayed! I will definitely stay here again! Staff made our stay enjoyable just like we were at home! Hands down the best place in the area!
