We stayed at The Berkman in March 2023. The location couldn't have been better to the Mayo St. Mary Hospital with it being right across the street! We rented the one bedroom suite so I was able to prepare our own meals and the kitchen had everything a person would need. Everything in the suite was exceptionally clean, it was a very pleasant experience with the exception of my husband was having surgery at Mayo. His surgery went very well so we were able to go home a day early and they gladly refunded one night. We will back in June for another 3 day stay when my husband has a follow-up appt.

You know you are a first class establishment the minute you walk through the front doors and are greeted by the concierge’s. Lisa, Ed, Madison, Troy and the entire group are always pleasant and go out of their way to make sure all the guests are comfortable and feel Welcomed. We have stayed at the Berkman more than once and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Mayo. Thank you for the Great Hospitality.

We stayed for 3 weeks because of doctoring at Mayo. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating to all of our needs! The shuttle service and driver were great! The apartment was very nice and clean. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been more comfortable furniture in the living room. Overall, I would definitely stay there again if we ever have to go back.

Apartment was excellenty equipped, clean, convenient to hospital. Staff was very helpful. High tech security, with electronic app locks, however, would recommend to make garage exit easier (why need an app. to lift gate from car when entering with app lock?).

Overall, the location was very convenient to Mayo Clinic. The apartment was nice and clean. The kitchen could be better stocked (cooking utensils, knives, measuring cups/spoons, serving bowls, spices) more helpful for a true extended stay.
