All you need to know about this hotel is in these pics

Moldy shower curtain, and the hotel manager had the audacity to deny it, but I had pics. They refused to compensate me fairly for this incident. Rest of room was filthy as well, from the carpet, to the walls and the upholstery on the armchair. The only thing clean was the sheets. I was only passing through for one night and it was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.
Excellent and helpful staff

Got the King Bed ‘Suite’ with sofa bed. Not a suite at all. Room was tight - thought it might be larger since it said suite. Better off getting 2 queen beds instead. No sheets for sofa bed. Had to wait for front desk to get some. Average breakfast. (It did state ‘‘light breakfast’.) But clean facilities.
Gold Wing Rally

This is the worst hotel I have ever dealt with. I booked this hotel for a Gold Wing Rally, I have health issues so I require the 1st floor or near an elevator. I booked a King Suite for 4 nights. I called about 3 days before our arrival and was told there were no King beds on the first floor & no elevator. #1 that should have been in the description of the room. He changed me to the 1st floor with a 2 Queen beds, he also raised my rate $14.00. When we arrived I asked the lady at the counter their cancelation policy in case the room didn't work out. My husband is 6ft 8 not used to a Queen bed. Didn't really get a clear answer, she gave me & another couple the paperwork to sign. The other couple was being charged $79 a night for a 2 Queen bed suite & I was being charged $99 a night we questioned the discrepancy. We were told it was due to us booking online, we informed her we booked through Wyndham. She made a phone call then refused to give us the room after we paid for it. We requested the receipt crediting our credit card, she didn't want to but we finally got one. Luckily Country Inn & Suites next door had 2 rooms available for $96 a night. When we went to the Rally, we spoke to an elderly lady who's room was canceled for being rude, she asked for a receipt because she paid cash. She would have spent the night in her truck if a local person attending the had not offered her a room.

Checked in Thursday evening. Their "health/covid shield" is a sheet of plastic - super tacky. Lady at the desk was nice. Got to the room and it smelled musty/moldy but no sign of mold. After cranking up the ac and purchasing air freshener it was better on day 2. Bed was rock hard and they don't have egg crate or anything to improve it. Had to fight with the shower to get more than a dribble of water. There won't be a return stay.
