Bathroom need total renovation

Very courteous, responsive, & efficient staff. Breakfast was good. Bathroom failed us. The hard water make it difficult to wash soap. NO control on shower water pressure. Tub stopper has to be held by hand to drain the water. Please install water softener. Bath tub and shower has to be redone.

Very disappointed with our stay. The facilities overflowed over night soaking the bathroom floor making it unusable. No staff was available to assist and no accommodations were made. 3rd shift staff who i belice is the day time general manager is extremely rude an unprofessional. She acted like checkin was an inconvenience for her and annoyed she had to be there. We had to switch rooms due to AC not working an acted like we were bothering her by asking to switch rooms

Decent Hotel for the money

My husband and I traveled to Rockford for a wedding. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel or checking it out much, but our room was clean, customer service was good, and we didn't have any issues. We didn't use the pool while we were there, but it looked like a nice, clean little area. Would stay again.

The hotel was dirty and smelly. Our room was not clean. The pull out couch was unusable. It was soiled, old and bent.

Hotel was dirty and smelly. Our room was not clean. The pull out couch mattress was visibly stained bent and absolutely unusable. The breakfast was cramped and food was not refilled. Although the lobby has been clearly renovated the rest of the hotel was dirty and smelled very bad. The king size bed mattress felt very old and in need of replacement. For the money I spent I was extremely disappointed
