Hotel da rede atlântica, muito bom, com quartos espaçosos. Tem piscina aquecida, Business center e é utilizado para convenções. O melhor é que está perto do terminal de ônibus que leva até o aeroporto de chicago, facilitando muito a chegada e saída.

We came into town for a memorial service for a family member. We found our stay to be very peaceful and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was excellent! We will definitely use this hotel again!

Checked out in the middle of the night

If you have to visit Rockford, Illinois there are many other low-cost places to stay besides the Radisson. My husband and I checked out of this facility in the middle of the night because we were awakened by other guests having what sounded like a party, in a nearby room. My husband called down to the front desk and complained. Nothing was done, the partiers continued and even began playing music. My husband ultimately went down to the front desk at which time he was told that the cameras were checked and no one could be seen in the halls, so nothing was done. The woman (Veronica or Valerie) was clearly not inclined to provide any further assistance, so we check out. Upon leaving, Veronica or Valerie simply advised that all she needed was our keys. She offered no apology, whatsoever. She was completely apathetic. If you have to visit Rockford, there is a Courtyard Marriott and several other similarly hotels nearby. I would not stay at the Radisson.

I always stay at the Raddison when coming to Rockford. 10 to 12 times a year. Staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I eat at the Forest City Pub, and find their food to be creative and very good.

Never have a problem when staying here. Clean rooms, hot showers, centrally located in the city. Staff is friendly, always speaks to you. This was a business trip, so I am unsure of the rates. FREE wifi is acceptable.
