Great location...near to Cavour metro station, 6/7 minutes walking from the first view of Colosseum and roman forum. 10/15 minutes from the main station. Nearby there were 2 supermarkets and a lot of restaurants, expecially in Monti area. We loved our hosts, always kind and smiling. The place was really cozy, the room and the whole flat were really cleaned and perfumed.
Perfect location and amazing hosta

A perfect location in Rome. Stones throw away from the colleseum and very easy to navigate to and from.
The hotel is quiet difficult to find at first as it's in between a pizzeria and a café but when you know where it is, you'll never forget how to get there.
Guisy was super friendly and helpful and knew Rome like the back of her hand. She gave us a map and showed us all the places to go and further, places that we shouldn't go as to keep us safe which was very useful. She also recommended restaurants to us which were lovely.
Guisy was also very understanding, as we had travelled by train, we asked if we could store our luggage in the apartment whilst we still had the day to walk around. She allowed us to keep the luggage in the apartment as well as keys to return later which helped us greatly on our trip.
She is very accessible as she allowed us to message her throughout the day and helped us as much as she could.
The room was spacious and had plenty of storage. The toilet and shower were clean and the amenities were fully stocked; soaps and shower gel.
In this apartment / bed and breakfast we were allowed to use the kitchenette area to make drinks and help ourselves to teas and coffees.
All in all, I'd stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who is considering Rome as a holiday destination.
Good value b&b

Good location 10 minutes walk colloseum,15 mins to main railway terminus.
Very kind, freindly & helpful host (Guisy) whom will make you very welcome and advise on your time in beautiful Rome.
Guisy will arrange pick up for you from the airport if you require (€40),although it's simple enough to catch airport express train into 'termini..
Enjoy stunning Rome..
A lovely little B&B in a very central location

Located on the 3rd floor of an 18th century building on Via Cavour, down from the main train station, this little B&B was a great find. Just a few steps away from the Cavour metro, all of Rome’s tourist attractions are virtually just a few minutes away either on foot or by metro. One morning we even managed to walk all the way to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Sopra Minerva Basilica all within an hour before breakfast! The Colosseum is basically just a few blocks away, a great destination for our evening passeggiata after a delicious meal in one of the restaurants in the area. There are only 3 rooms in this B&B, so it has an intimate and cosy atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The free wifi signal was strong and reliable. Even though our room faced the street, we hardly heard a thing as the windows seal very well. There is also a small lift from the ground floor enough for 2 persons and their luggage.
Its best asset however is its owner Giusy Ventura – always bubbly and full of energy, so warm, friendly and accommodating, you feel so at home as soon as you meet her. Her attention to detail in the maintenance of the property is impressive – she even cleans the rooms herself! She knows the area like the back of her hand and we’ve had good chats with her about what to do and where to go in the short time that we were in Rome. When she learned that we had breakfast booked in the Vatican on one day, she changed our breakfast voucher to an apertivo one. Note: breakfast is served in Café Cavour downstairs – a nice little café run by some really nice guys – typical Italian brekky of croissant, coffee and orange juice. The apertivo was something else, it was awesome! A drink plus a plate of nibblies such as pickled carrots, little ham and tuna sandwiches, spicy peanuts – we offered to pay for it as it was such a filling spread and the guys just said ‘it was free because we’re with Giusy’, wow, really!
All in all, we really like this place, especially because of its central position and Giusy. We would happily stay here again when we come back in the future.
