Guests can derive many benefits when they decide to book the room/flat. One of the advantages is that the property is situated in the heart of the city. It is very essential for people who came to Rome in order to sightsee. There is no better way to sightsee than walking on foot. However, for people who prefer public transport there is no problem to take bus or train as the bus station or metro is really close, approximately 5 minutes. The area is really peaceful. There are many shops around the flat. Not only was I delighted with the area but also with the flat. It was well-equipped, neat and tidy. The owner is a cheerful man who can always give a hand. I recommend everyone. Start booking and enjoy time that you will spend in Italy!

i was booked this property,by booking com.there was no credit card accepted,so u have to pay by cash.at arrival. they send me confirmation of booking.so everything ok. but,when was only 1 day left, until my arrival, they have cancelled my booking,because i haven't pay deposit!!! ( while they told,at the booking time,that no credit card needed! )) so i have to looking for new hotel at last night,before arrival!! maybe is not a property bad,but be very careful,when u book this. check twice,before arrival,if u don't want to be left on ice.in the night :)

Mi sono recato in questo appartamento tramite Booking visto l’ottimo prezzo ; staff cordialissimo ma tutto il resto delude le aspettative anche se per il prezzo ovviamente nn chiedevo la luna ma condizioni discrete . Wi-Fi funzionante ma prende solo nell’angolo soggiorno in comune con le altre tre stanze ; L’atrio all’ingresso del condominio emana un odore nauseabondo perenne ; Stanza che somiglia più ad un tugurio , non a caso cercano di ovviare mettendo il nome simpatia ... Riscaldamento acceso ma inutile prp dato che durante la notte ci siamo morti dal freddo ; Tv non funzionante e bagno privo di phone con angolo doccia strettissimo ; Letto scricchiolante. Insomma in 15mq di stanza altre note negative non posso aggiungerle . Non ci andrò mai più Sconsigliatissimo -.-“

Stanza vogliamoci bene,simpatica non più di tanto,con dei piccoli accorgimenti non sarebbe male,per essere novembre con 16 gradi la stanza risulta fredda,l’acqua calda e’ difficile da regolare passa da calda a fredda repentinamente.l’appartamento è diviso in due stanze con bagno singolo per ogni stanza con un angolo cottura condiviso.
