Nice room, nice location and nice staff

We were here for 5 days and It was awesome! First of all, we walk everywhere except the airport actually! Here is a 5 rooms which is so clean and perfectly designed. There is a cozy yard with chairs which now I write from here after check out. Irena was so nice, cute and lovely person who will help you in everything you need. You just need to ask. She is so professional and kind. We where in room 3 which has a cute little private yard with 2 chair and a coffee table. It was a gift for us because when we back from visiting the city for 6-7 hours, we faced with a clean room and we have our coffee/tea in the private yard and it make us fresh again. The room clean everyday, and there is a coffee machine and electric kettle in the room which they charged tea , water, coffee and biscuits everyday. It was lovely staying which I recommend everyone and will come back for sure. The area is between residential buildings and it’s safe even in midnight we walk around or going to sightseeing and back and it was really safe. There is carefore in front of here and it’s open 8 a.m until 9:30 p.m. I already miss here, Irena and Rome.

Located in a clean safe quiet neighborhood. Conveniently 2 metro stops to the Spanish Steps. From there, a short walk to the Trevi Fountain & other main sights. Very close to the Vatican. Rooms were very clean & biscuits, coffee & teas provided in room. Ricardo was very helpful in directing where to go for breakfast & dinner close by & in helping order a ride for us to Civitavecchia to catch our cruise. We definitely would recommend this hotel to friends.

We booked the one pratti rooms as they were away from the hustle and bustle in a nice neighbourhood. They are located about 20min walk from The Vatican and 30/40min walk to the main attractions (colosseum etc). The rooms were lovely, very large comfy bed, good shower and we had a little outside space, as well as the space in the main front garden. The rooms were code access and there was also a code to get in from the street. There was also tea/coffee amenities in the room and fresh towels daily. And there is a supermarket right across the road. Would stay again.

Small, modern clean rooms. Locked courtyard with seating to enjoy a breakfast or drink. Staff was excellent. Irene was very helpful and even rescued us from getting lost when we happened upon her on the street. Within walking distance to Vatican and Nice restaurants. Don’t book thru Booking.com etc. Call directly and you can get a better rate.

Cozy clean room

We stayed 6 nights at The One Prati rooms Rome. What I liked most is the room is cleaned everyday & fresh towels are given. Tea / coffee & even light snacks are replaced daily. Comfortable bed though the room we stayed was a little small. They have bigger rooms so request for a bigger room when you book if you are a person who need more space. Super market is right in front & many restaurants in 5 min walking distance. We walked to the Vatican about 20-30 minutes. 5 min to the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Termini train station by taxi. Ricardo was very nice & helpful. Advised us where to eat & shop etc. Will definitely stay at the One Prati Room next time we visit Rome.
