My birthday weekend at Olas
Avaliou em 18 de maio de 2022
My stay at condo 09 was extremely relaxing and pleasant. The condo was fresh and clean, everything was organized plus refrigerator was also implacable clean. The was the security to open and close the door us at up is much better for to the fact that there I no need to carry a key card or anything. Simply press the code to enter and walla! Rooms and restrooms were comfortable and organized, the rooms irons, blow up donuts for the pool, many sheets and effigy pillows. Also, television with Netflix to relax when not out at the beach or the pool and sauna.

Avoid at all costs!!! You will be robbed!! The ownership and security are thieves and running an extortion scheme. This is not a hotel they are condos that are being rented out without the owners knowledge. The security are creeps and literally police you and try to intimidate guests. Take the time and research and read others reviews!!

This place is a hidden gem, I was skeptical to post because I don't want this to be booked when i go back, nut I had to share. The Views are awesome, the staff is friendly and happy you are there. The rates are incredible and included a great fresh cooked breakfast not some buffet this most cant eatr. It is close to Puerto Neuvo to have Lobster and Rosarito for all other restaurants and bars and less than 30 min to Tijuana or Ensanada. This resort is a Gem, check it out you will not be disappointed
Avoid. Really quite terrible. Prices obscene.

The hotel is falling apart. There is no justification to be charging $290 a night for this place when 9 of the 10 pools / hottubs are filled with mud, trash, and debris. The rooms all have leaking smells. Our previous one smelled of sewage. This one had an obvious gas leak somewhere in the unit. The air conditioning doesn't work. The elevators were turned off due to "wind". The main pool itself had not been cleaned or attended to in months. The doors inside the rooms were broken. The beds hard as a rock. All of these things are fine for 3rd world Mexico. But that's precisely why 3rd world Mexico used to charge $75 a night for places like this. They have no right, ethically, to be charging more than San Diego hotels on the water with 4 star quality. Just some advice to management: Your bad reviews are killing your hotel. So here's what you do: The hotel was practically empty, but you claimed only 1 room was remaining when we booked. Lower your rates to $90 a night. Doing this will fill your hotel and bring in some funds. You can use those funds to hire people to fix and maintain your resort. This will result in positive reviews, which will bring more people. Its a cyclical process that takes an investment in the future. As it stands now you overcharge massively for a dead and broken resort. You get 1 star reviews and therefore people dont come. So you have a loss of income, and you cant afford staff to fix up the place.

I rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath panoramic view of the ocean condo. The condo was nicely furnished & decorated. The property had a fantastic restaurant, lovely views of the ocean, heated pools & multiple private jacuzzis. Very relaxing & only 15 mins away from the main part of Rosarito.
