Softball team state tournament stay

SpringHill Suites Rosenberg - They made 2 mistakes and will not own up to them. I reserved 11 rooms through Springhill suites in Rosenberg a month in advance for my softball team. When I arrived at 11am on 6/3, I paid $1,106.27 upfront but was told we couldn’t check in until 3pm. I checked in my room around 3pm and several of my team members did as well. There were 2 players that couldn’t check in until after our first game that night which was around 9:30PM. The font desk said all the rooms were taken. I spent 2 hours in the lobby speaking with the front desk staff. She called her manager and another hotel to find us 2 rooms to replace them. She had no luck and said there was nothing else she could do for us. I then proceeded to call around myself, we found 2 rooms at the holiday inn about a mile away. The rooms rates were double the price since it was last minute. I was very upset that my rooms were given away especially since I booked them a month in advance, and I paid for them at 11am before the hotel was full. After all this, I was bill for all 11 rooms. We called several times to get the hotel to correct this. We were told there is no manager on duty. I then emailed the representative that helped us with the reservation. She forwarded my email to Travis Severson the general manager. I emailed him about everything that happened and showed him my receipt and explained everything. The only response I received was I show all charges were correct on my end. I have asked him repeatedly to speak to the staff at his hotel as they should remember, and they did get management involved. He never took responsibility for his staff mistakes nor was he willing to help me. I will never stay at a Springhill suite again.

Will not refund canceled reservation

I’m really pretty burnt on Marriott hotels. I’ve been hours on the phone with my Bon boy membership number issues and a reservation I made at this location and then canceled the next day was not refund it. Even though the cancellation with six days before the reservation date. Well within the Cancellation policy of Marriott.

First time here and fell in love with this hotel! Friendly staff, great breakfast options, clean room!! Very convenient location near the Smart Financial Center Stadium and beautiful shopping centers next door.

Perfect Stay!

We have stayed here twice this month and both have been a perfect stay ! The check in is smooth and accurate with very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel has COVID safe practices and staff was always wearing masks and cleaning. Our room was spotless and loved the design of the separate shower area . It has a nice size sofa and sitting area too. This was our first hotel stay for over a year and I felt very safe . I was happy to see the customers chose to wear their masks too while we went to breakfast . Breakfast had a lot of good options and I loved the oatmeal and all the fixings. This hotel is is a great location , close to Houston , has allot of shopping areas and restaurants.

Stayed three rotations and love this place. Awesome staff. Super clean. Fantastic room set up and best beds we’ve been in since last summer. Will definitely stay every time we’re back in the area for work
