hotel bem localizado, ótimos restaurantes ao lado do hotel, fica próximo ao centro de compras outlet da cidade de Round Rock, fácil acesso para qualquer lugar de Austin ou Round Rock pela IH 35. atendimento em espanhol ou inglês.

Este hotel tem boa localizacao, boas instalacoes, confortavel e tranquilo. Facil acesso a rodovia IN 35. O lobby estava em reforma mas nada que prejudicasse o atendimento e a estadia, e mesmo o café da manha foi servido normalmente.

Pros: Comfortable bed Extremely friendly front staff Good breakfast for the money Proximity to Round Rock malls and the sports fields Great pool for the teenagers Cons: Old AC could not keep up with the heat No internet TV Overall would stay here again. Cannot emphasize enough how great the front desk staff was.

Beware of Staying Here

We were totally disappointed in our stay here. After we arrived in our room, we had to wipe everything with disinfectant clothes because the room felt dirty and unclean, There is only one elevator for about 80 rooms on the second and third floors. If you did not mind waiting for several minutes, then you could get it. No free breakfast as most Hilton affiliated hotels have. No complimentary newspapers as the website says. Maintenance is greatly lacking. Examples are trying to get in from the swimming pool the doors did not work but this was solved by putting a rock to prop the door open. The ice machine on our floor did not work and looked as if had not worked for awhile. Caulking around the bathtub/shower was gone and this could lead to mold. If someone was doing something at the sink, it was very difficult to get in the bathroom without hitting the person at the sink with the door. Overall the Hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. NO COMPUTERS are provided for people who stay there. 3 out 4 of the front desk people did not seem to care whether they helped you or not. Lastly, the parking lot is dangerous. A lot of the locals cut through it at an excessive speed and you have to watch out for them. We almost got hit twice. I would not stay at this Hotel again. There are others close by that I am sure would treat me better and facilities are far superior.

This hotel is located in a really good area with restaurants within walking distance. The issue I had was with the service. Three separate times I requested my room to be cleaned and it never was. The front desk staff were friendly and professional and the breakfast was below average at best.
