Wonderful hospitality. Mai was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Breakfast in the hotel was excellent. Full spread of western and Asian. We particularly like pork rib pho.. In addition, ice Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk was particularly nice.

The journey from Hanoi to the hotel in Sapa is harrowing.. but wait… the hotel is a sight to behold. We have been to so many different hotels the world over and have enjoyed the hotels’ decor, architecture, the friendliness of the staff and the service. Hotel de la Coupole MGallery is unique. Its architecture is really beautiful combining European and Vietnamese design in an amazing way. The interior is spick and span and most importantly, the staff are kind, gracious, welcoming and friendly. Altogether tiny Sapa can truly boast of a world class hotel that surpasses many others! The photos on the hotel website are genuine. I have no doubt guests will reflect blissfully on their stay here for years after.

I arrived at early morning cause we traveled by train. Thang Quynth, the manager of front desk offered to upgrade the room and prepare for my sister’s surprise birthday very well!! I would say I loved all services at Hotel De La Coupole at Sapa max to da moon! Thank you for the best memories in Sapa.

The service staff, Ms Huyen, Ms Huong Ms Quynh were super helpful as we had some business documents to print during our holidays & they assisted us with water and housekeeping issues etc. Their concierge Mr Ha & Ms Ha Hanie was amazing in assisting us during our bookings and advice on what and where to go during our stay! Bravo to the excellent team in Hotel De La Coupole, Sapa!! Keep up the great job!

i was in Sapa with my friend on our leisure trip and it was our 1st time there. We booked the Hotel De La Coupole and it was our great decision! The hotel is amazing! The hotel location is excellent - very convenient if you want to visit Fansipan by cable car. The hotel was gorgeous and real stylish. The room was clean and very comfortable in every way. The indoor pool was pretty The staffs are all nice and polite, The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
