Fantastic room service and wonderful breakfast but noisy construction

The attention to room service was brilliant. They changed our towels even mid-day after they saw we had used our towels. The cookies in the evening was delightful. Breakfast was very good with a wide spread and delicious salads. BUT our room was situated at the corner right next to the construction. It was noisy ALL day, could not enjoy sitting outside at the balcony. I think it will be like that for the next few years.

It is really confortable hotel in central sapa with great view over the moutain side, local village, rice field paddies and the moana coffee, definitely it is nice walking out to all famous site in sapa area, hotel have an amazing hot swimming pool, roee garden, spa... Breakfast is abundance choice and various food daily to deserve your money spent, enjoy holiday

Spectacular views at the KK

Gorgeous room with stunning view of mountains and terraced rice fields. Very comfortable bed and beautiful hotel all around. The breakfast, which was included with our stay, had a gorgeous array of foods and beverages. The staff was excellent all around. We loved staying here.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our 4 week tour of Vietnam. The standard was brilliant, staff very courteous and helpful. Our room was overlooking the valley. It was very well appointed and to a high standard throughout. I was disappointed we only had the one night there. It was an easy walk into the centre from the hotel so very well situated.

Great stay in Sapa

I stayed in KK Sapa Hotel for 6 nights and I absolutely enjoyed it. After first night Ms Moon from reception (special greetings to her) moved me from a twin room to a double room. The mattress, duvet and pillow was one of the best i ever had in a hotel. So i always slept like a baby. Size of the room is decent and the view into the valley and mount Fansipan on a clear day is just wow. Buffet for breakfast was not huge but had enough choice to feed me well every morning. Joined twice the spa for a complimentary herbal footh bath (great after hiking or on a rainy day) and went to the indoor pool (saltwater) for a swim. They also have a small gym what i didn't make use of. Housekeeping did a great job in the background and kept my room clean and tidy. Also rented a scooter at the hotel for a few days to get around the beautiful Sapa area. Great service from Ms Moon again with pick up and drop off directly at the hotel. Even changing the scooter after day 1 (speed indicator didn't work) was no problem. Since I didn't want to stay in the busy town center (a 5min walk away), the KK Sapa Hotel was the perfect choice for me. Absolutely can recommend staying here and if I ever make it to Sapa again I'll definitely check-in again!
