I spent a nice couple of hours in the restaurant / cafe recharging after trekking. The Bac Xiu coffee is excellent and I also enjoyed some pasta here. Really lovely friendly staff :) I definitely recommend the food drink and service here!

We didn't stay here, we only came for food and drink, but we thought it was pretty good. We both had burgers (after seeing someone else's & deciding we wanted the same!) and we weren't disappointed. This place also has great views of the lake on a clear day. Just one word of advice though - if you sit outside, on the side closest to the pavement, be prepared to be harassed by women and children trying to sell you bags and bracelets for the entire time you're sat there eating your meal. The staff do ask them to go away, but they take no notice.

My friends and I was here on October. - Location: good - Room: not to clean, the bed was not very comfy, the sheet make me itchy, water changed temperature when you shower. - Staff: they dont event have uniform, not very nice to Vietnamese guest. - Food: haven't try 'cus I didn't want to.

Fired at the room next to us, big fight in between the receptionist, they were attacking each other and I also think is expensive but because of the service. JUST TERRIBLE!!! won't recommended never ever.

Staff are dishonest - WARNING

I came here for food before my bus back to Hanoi. After 40 minutes of waiting I told them I had to go for the bus. They still wanted me to pay even though the food wasn't ready and I was going to miss my bus. The lady would rather make money off me and make me miss my bus. The lady behind reception started shouting demanding money. After waiting another 10 minutes my food still wasn't ready. The staff here are scamming people and will take money at all costs. After paying a bill for food I told the lady it was not good and she just looked like she didn't care. Avoid this place at all costs. Read other reviews. DISHONEST STAFF!
