Gostei muito da localização, do tamanho dos quartos e da hospitalidade. O hotel chamou atenção por ser de fácil acesso e estar próximo a uma freeway. Ficamos bastante surpresos com tudo, inclusive um café da manhã muito bom com uma variedade muito boa.

Nice staff, dirty and loud hotel

We had a very warm and welcoming check in experience. The free underground parking was safe and convenient. The hotel is very secure. Upon going upstairs to our room, we walked down the dirtiest hotel hallway I’ve ever been in. The carpet needs replaced but at the very least a vacuum would go a very long way. I would guess the hallways and stairwells have not been vacuumed in weeks. The room was a little more updated but the bathroom walls and mirror were dirty with water, toothpaste and grime. It appears it had been surfaced cleaned but needs to be wiped down and deep cleaned. The walls were filthy! The bed was comfy but the pillows were small, square and lumpy. I was glad to have four pillows per bed because a couple weren’t useable. One of the pillow cases had makeup on it. I had several half used and dirty bottles of shampoo and conditioner on the bathroom counter. One bottle was even sticky to the touch. The room was so loud all night! We heard every car driving by, horns, trucks, yelling! If you stay, ask for an interior room away from the street. The only redeeming quality about this hotel was the kindness of the staff. I would not stay here again.

Exceptionally friendly staff

This is the perfect place to stay if you have a family member at UC Davis Med Center. My son was there for a traumatic brain injury. The staff was warm and concerned about our situation. They even left me a nice caring note with some goodies. It was a scary time for us, and being treated so warmly helped a lot. Something that I certainly did not expect. I don't think I've ever experienced this level of care from hotel employees. We cut our stay short when our son was released and required 24/7 care at home. I experience NO issues when we checked out much earlier than we orginally planned. Thank you to the staff for your kind exceptional care.

Clean, quite, safe and convenient

Hotel Med Park is the perfect mid-range hotel for many reasons. It's clean, quiet, has a helpful staff and is very safe. And also for my purposes it was perfectly located across near many medical facilities -- and on the #38 bus route as well. The best way to get to know a city is by taking its public transportation. I went to the Capitol, the zoo, the historic cemetery, the Tower Bridge, Old Town and the governor's mansion -- all without having to worry about parking. I would stay at Hotel Med Park in a minute if I need to go back to Sacto on business any time soon.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel and overall customer satisfaction. I come to this hotel for last few months for my Medical appointment at UC Davis medical center. It is very convivence and walking distance. This is my favorite spot for my hospital treatment. Great customer service very friendly.
