We arrived at around 6:30 from Sweden with the ferry. After checking in we went to the restaurant to have dinner as se had a light lunch. To our surprise, after a long wait, we manage to get hold of the head waiter, who informed us that it was not possible to have a table - the hotel is faaar out with no alternate restarunts, dispate that it looked as it was a lot of empty space in the restaurant. The reception offered to call to some town nearby to make us a reservation for us. Some time later we were told that we could have a table at 8 pm which we found fare enough. At 8 we went up to the restaurant, after some wait we grab a personal and yes, table no 6 was for our disposal. As there were no menu, we asked what to eat and was offered the buffet. But they would clean out the buffe in 7(!) minutes. We left hungry that night. We have made some travel through the years but this was some experience. We checked out next morning, dispate 2 days booking. It was certainly a never-again-experience, kind of east germany experience. You have been warned, this was not a cheep hotel, just very unfriendly.. Normally we always check tripadvisor before picking a hotel. For some reason, there has been no reviews since 2018, pity!

We’re now on the 4th day of our week-long stay and are running out of supplies (toilet papers, soap, trash bags). Took several attempts to call the front desk successfully and when someone finally picked up, was told that they don’t provide additional supplies. It’s totally weird when this answer comes from a 4-star hotel. We paid so much, but they don’t provide as much. Check in experience was just OK as I had to wait in another line again since the person I went to doesn’t speak English. Splash area gave good first impression, but the slides in the play area are not slippery enough they don’t slide well although we already used the carpet provided. It’s a pity that they built many of them but none of the kids like playing with them. Unfortunately same thing happens with the big water slide in the pool area. My 4 year old has to slide himself with his legs all the way down. Apartments are well equipped, but again supplies are limited. No coffees/teas are provided. However, coffee machine and water kettle are there. Breakfast is good but not exceptional. I would try to find other places to stay next time as this is just an okay place to stay for the price I paid.

Never ever go to this resort. We were not able to come to Precise resorts due to the corona. We had booked at the end of may. We were not allowed to come to Germany and the hotel was still closed and we could’nt use the facilities we had booked. The resort promised us twice to give us our money back. The asked us twice for a bit more time. We agreed with that. After the second time they asked for a deffered payment they told us we would’nt get our money back but a voucher. They promised us twice to give us our money back, we had patience with their payment and than they threat us like this! We even gave them our bankaccount number and all! Now we are still waiting and the response on our emails and phonecalls is very low. They are very difficult to get in contact with, their response is minimal.

Nice hotel with great location. Very nice surroundings with a minor house, chalk museum and a lot of green. Good area for walking and cycling. Very good food and nice staff. Hotel is clean, rooms are big, only bathrooms could be a bit modern. Great for kids due to aqua park and big indoor playground area with different attractions.

We had a great stay in our apartment, it was clean and tidy but a little on the old side. The spa was great, 5 different saunas and 2 relaxation rooms along with both an inside and an outside pool. It too could do with a upgrade and a bit of TLC. As guests of the resort we got robes and towels included which was great. Breakfast was lovely, such a large variety of options! Would definitely recommend and we will be back!
